A CHRISTOCENTRIC INITIATE

Translation in English of the presentation of the person and the work of the modern Greek experiencing philosopher Nikolaos A. Margioris by his student Ilias L. Katsiampas in the Greek magazine of the esoteric search "Avaton", issue September - October 2002.

Continuing the presentation of the Greek Initiates, that is of those men who played an important role in the area of the spiritual search in our country, the magazine "Avaton" presents in this issue a charismatic and talented person: Nikolaos A. Margioris. ILIAS KATSIAMPAS, the student of Nikolaos Margioris for many years, speaks about the personality and the rich work of his master that -according to him, himself- his teaching consists in the harmonious coexistence of the ancient Greeks, Egyptians and Indian mysteries with the inner Crhistian tradition…
Nikolaos A. Margioris constitutes one of the greatest and most prominent physiognomies of the 20th century, who had a universal prestige and radiation in the area of the esoterism (occultism ad mysticism). It is about a not only granted but also a fully experiencing metaphysical omniscientist-Master who was characterized as the "Patriarch of the Greek Metaphysics" in a relevant interview in the magazine Third Eye, issue 20, December 1992, in his first and last public presence.
Undoubtedly, he was a rare in charisma and unfamiliar in dynamism and production of work, esoteric personality, that straddled much noiselessly the threshold of our country, by delivering the quintessence of his completed spiritual experiences that is "synopsized" on the one hand in a multidimensional modern Greekchristianic metaphysical writing work that surpasses the 75 writings, on the other hand, in an "endless" tradition of oral knowledge.
Nikolaos Margioris was born on December 15th, 1913, in Samos, at the Vourliotes village and he died at the age of 80 years in the 6th of May 1993, in Athens, where he had lived for the last 35 years.
He was instructed in India and in Thibet for almost 13 years. He lived with his relatives for many years in Alexandria of Egypt, where he studied and made a carrer. He was married to Laitsa Papandreou with whom he got two children, Andreas and Kallia.
He participated in the B' World War as a reserve officer, where he was seriously wound in El Alamein and then, he went to Rimini. For his services to the country he was honored with many medals (among which the Grand Cross decoration) and with the pension of the crippled officer. He was also honored twice with the cross of Saint Marc for his offer to the Church and to the religion by the patriarchs of Alexandria, Christoforos and Nikolaos the 6th.
Except the Greek language (and the ancient Greek), that for the needs of expression of the metaphysics, he created enough new words which he used in his writing, he knew perfectly the Sanscrit, Arabic, Hebrew, English, French, and the hieroglyphic writing.
He considered the metaphysics as the unique Truth and he believed that man can accomplish the Truth as Socrates accomplished it, by his famous reflection (dharana-concentration) or through the religious mysticism (christocentric and christocratic mysticism).
All his teachings, books, essays, the magazine, the branches of studies of the Esoterism, come and derive from his deep esoteric and mystic experiences (nirguna samadhi-theosis).
From his young age (13 years), he was communicate of these transcendental situations, which he managed to transform and to afford to his students and to the world, for knowledge, advice, use, therapy and personal experience of anyone corresponding.
His philosophical approaches on the Creation, on the Truth (God), on the visible perceptible and on the invisible not perceptible laws that rule the universe and the life, in general, are provided in a single simplicity, detail, analysis and discernment and still with new esoteric revelations. For the first time, he delivered an accomplished and complete occultist and mystic consideration of the Omnicreation.
He himself expressed a hyperactivity and a dynamics that no obstacle nor illness bent (at least twice he had passed from the death). He continually guided, instructed, exemplified in his way, constituting - at least for his students - a standard that is condensed in the phrase "perfect man and perfect spirit". His belief was out of advertisements and proselytisms and certainly, in an absolute respect to the freedom of everyone approaching-searcher.
He was a faithful "soldier" of Jesus Christ, of the "true Ravi Christ" Whose the work and the teaching he was always following, by vivifying for one more time in our society of today.
In the course of the first years of esoteric search, he chanced of rare and capable masters, who contributed at the greatest in his rapid and well-balanced awakening. Except his parents, his first master in the esoteric philosophy was his grandather Manolis Aggelinaras, a prominent physiognomy of Samos with studies in the Great School of the Gender of Chalki, and parallel his grandmother, a deeply religious woman who nursed him and directed him in his Christian faith.
His two esoteric natural masters who orientated him in the depth of the spiritual life, were Krino Andre Salvatore De Castro, a Greek from Odessus of Russia, music-writer and composer, and Indian Baba (he has not any relation with alive Satia Sai Baba, who happened to be one of the students of the circle of 100 children that some moment Margioris had under his responsibility in India. He also had esoteric contacts with many great masters, among whom we suggestively only mention Saint Patapios (according to Margioris, he is who wrote the pseudepigrahs of Dionissios the Areopagite that were translated by Erighena in 850 after Christ, in Latin and transmitted the flame of the mysticism in Europe).
From 1958, when he returned to Greece from Alexandria of Egypt where he lived, he fought, working in two works (morning - afternoon), to earn his living and to live his family of many members. And at the same time, in the evenings he was guided to many spiritual movements of our country, in which he did not cease for a moment to teach the esoteric truth of life.
In the 1976, the proper moment had come. He founded in Athens the Newpythagorean Philosophic School under the title Omakoio of Athens (from the omou= together, we hear an esoteric-spiritual teaching or also we hear the OM, the holy supreme sound), in which he taught thoroughly and systematically for 17 continual years, Esoteric Philosophy - Theology, the systems of the Esoteric Therapeutics and the practices (methods) of Yoga and of the Mysticism.
In the last years of his life he inaugurated two more esoteric schools, the Omakoio of Lamia (1990) and of Trikala (1992), of his students Dimitris and Koula Tsapara and Ilias Katsiampas, respectively. After his metastasis, his assistant Smaro Kosmaoglou undertook the Omakoio of Athens, while also many new Omakoios functioned little by little.

HIS ESOTERIC EXPERIENCES AND HIS VIEWS
A general unprejudiced view of everyone seriously occupied with the esoteric area on Margiori's work is orientated in that we have to do with an unprecedented and innovating Greek presence in the area of the Esoterism and not only, that undoubtedly constitutes an invaluable chapter for our country and more generally.
He himself, as we mentioned above, in his unique (first and last interview, some months before his physical death, by revealing himself, declared christocentric and christocratic mystic.
In general, Margiori's teaching does not carry neither promises any salvation of new type in the humanity. It simply "revives" and mixes at an important extent - through the personal "filter" of his accomplishment, in the basis of the modern reality and necessity - the ancient Greek initiation, the Indian initiation and finally, the Christian inner initiation in a harmonious "coexistence" and "co-course" of possibilities and opportunities, that starts from the personal need for the covering of the searches of every man, separately.
But, beyond all the aforementioned, what is different par excellence in his teachings and in his writings, is that he gives a personal, absolutely his own answer, to the great subject of every times, the cosmological and the eschatological (Apocalypse of N. Margioris).
His mystic soul reveals its experiences and it tries to give the reply by means and organ the mind and the pen for the hyperintellectual and the hyperconscious facts. On the basis of these, an eternal creative cycle is unrolled, that the Word coordinates and creates, which in the human language is called Jesus Christ.
His full spiritual vision (his mystic life), the duration of which touched the 30 days, is stamped in many of his books, like Birth and Death of the Worlds and of the Beings, Esoteric Philosophy, Posthumous Life, The Creation of the Worlds and others (see in the Internet, on the website: http://www.omakoio.gr, for the first time in public in an incomparable confidence for all the stages of the Creation, the laws that rule it, the hyperbeings that govern internally and the one principle of everything. Birth, Maintenance, Death, and Absence of every Expression give a hyperpanoramic, unexampled in depth and in analysis inexhaustible present, which is useful that it comes in knowledge of every seriously occupied with the esoteric reality.
Undoubtedly, he offered in many ways to the country, to the religion, to the esoterism and above all, to the universal spiritual civilization, through the unprecedented and immense inner wealth of his work. By expressing a personal estimation from his experience of ten years beside him, we would say that Nikolaos Margioris was a man who contained in the "whole" the depth of the occultist greatness of the Creation, mixed and crowned with the mystic experience that constitutes a fellowman who is titled as initiate (occultist and mystic).
In any case, definitely, we should point out that only the personal touch with the total of his writing work (75 writings) and at an extent, with his oral deposits, can give someone the central idea that is included in the face and the experience of Margioris and extrapolate hi own conclusions out of the approaches of anybody, and certainly, also our own.
Margiori's basic belief was that only the abundant and systematic teaching of the Esoteric Education (occultism and mysticism) in every direction, will reinforce the mechanisms of defense of our society (and of ourselves) that by the time will appreciate and will prefer the quality from the quantity, the knowledge from the ignorance, even the experience from the blind faith or "served" half smatter that leads to the purposeful misleading and to the traducement of every healthy qualitative philosophic system, enchorial or foreign.
In this context, he expected and he worked not only for the future presence of the third Greek - spiritual - civilization that will … "prevail" some further moment, universally, but above all for the esoteric cultivation and finally, the spiritual deliverance of every man.
Indeed for this, he delivered so many idealized and revelatory knowledge and completed practical outlets that their partial reformation only as an exploit could be characterized, much more their devotion and finally their application by all those who will pursue and will insist to approach actually their high points.
He still considered that the spiritual deposits of the civilizations of the Indians, Egyptians and Greeks, and many branches of them in all the world, have common roots of origin from our ancestors, PreGreeks of the Aegean Sea, those before the Pelasghi, who were called Dravidians, opponents of the Atlantins, as they derived antediluvian and postdiluvian from their mother hearth-source, the larger area of the Mediterranean basin.
Today, the total of his activities and his teachings, as well as the provision of his writings are continued unfailingly by the Schools-Omakoios that he himself founded.

The "Esoteric Key"

Within 23 years of writing metaphysical activity (1970-1993), Nikolaos Margioris produced a many-sided work, which included 34 books of a clearly esoteric content, 34 special essays on different important esoteric matters and the circulation of the first bimonthly pure metaphysical magazine in our country, under the title Omakoio (49 issues).
He also created a branch of studies by correspondence course, under the name "Esoteric Key". In this, his students are taught in a deep esoteric analysis, theoretical and practical, the following lessons: Meditation, Esoteric Therapeutics, Hypnotism-Orthopsychism, Scientific Spiritualism. Esoteric philosophy, Esoteric Initiation, Astrology-Astrosophy and Desymbolism.
Every three months, he effected seminars of Shiatsu (and Esoterism) of many days, in which he himself taught, not only Shiatsu, but a plenty of other esoteric therapeutic systems, among which his own discoveries with excellent therapeutic results.
From 1972, he founded the Association "The pious pilgrims of the Unbuild Light, Saint Patapios", in which he made. Free speeches, in various esoteric subjects.
All his teachings and his activities took place in his seat, in the spiritual philosophic laboratory, which from its founding, in 1976, he called Omakoio of Athens, in the honor and memory of the Omakoio that Pythagoras, first created in Kroton of South Italy.
Some of his works are: Desymbolism of the Greek Mythology, Dravidians, the Ancestors of the Greeks, Elefsinian Mysteries, Pythagorean Arithmosophy, Asclepiea and Amfiaraia, Reincarnation, Birth and Death of the Worlds, Posthumous Life, Esoteric Philosophy, Mystic Teaching (three volumes), Occultism (three volumes), Esoteric Therapeutics, Esoteric Initiation, Christocentric and Christocratic Mysticism, Raja Yoga, Metaphysical Encyclopedia of two volumes, etc. They are diachronic books, and a source of inspiration for every thinking being and particularly for those who search the depth and the expression in a physical word of the direct experiencing acquaintance but also of all those practical means of esoteric development that the modern man needs vitally.
His books have already started be translated in the English language.

Esoteric Physiotherapeutic Discoveries

Some of his mild physiotherapeutic discoveries, through his experience and his deep esoteric knowledge, that he mentions analytically in his books and in which he instructed his students, are:
1. From the left palm of the hand he gave the main endings that correspond to definite internal organs of the human body.
2. Fingertapping. A most rapid therapeutical method of irritation thewhole organism,, of the cells and of the endocrinal glandsk for the provision of new secretions of hormones and remedy of the ill.
3. Glossotherapy. By special kneadings-massage, proper pullings of the tongue that have a direct influence on the muscular and nervous system and in all the organism, for the reinstatement and the therapy.
4. He revived the ancient Greek Aesculapian massaging that Aesculapius, the father of the medicine, invented and applied in the ancient times, in the healthy institutions of the ancient Greece (Asclepieia-Amfiaraeia).
5. Substituted therapeutics. By the hetero-suggestion or the self-suggestion.
6. Ensleeping or otherwise Hypnotism - Orthopsychism or Technical Sleep, three scientific completed methods.
7. Religious pathetic supplication beside the ill.
8. Japanese Shiatsu - Fingertapping.
9. Methodical irritation of all the endocrine glands (tsakra) and therapy.
10. Bioenergetic influence on the 33 vertebras of the spine, for the confronting of 193 eponymic diseases of the human body.
11. Static Therapeutics by the hands-palms.
12. Kinetic Therapeutics by the hands-palms.
13. Reflexology or reflexive zonotherapy.
14. Iconoplastic therapy from near or from far.
15. Hectoplasmatic effusions-blowing on.
16. Mantramotherapeutics. Therapeutics by words of power.
17. Transfusion of energy of healthy vibrations.
18. Following of litanies or of liturgies.
19. Holy enthusiasm. Reinforcement of the unshakable faith to any ideal or belief that vibrates man internally and creates presuppositions of ascent of his vibrations for the reinstatement of his health.
20. Kriya Yoga, method of somatopsychic therapeutics. It includes bodily exercises-positions, in combination with special breathings for the vivification-therapy of the body and noetic exercises of comparison for the release of man from every kind of repelled, phobias, habits, passions, etc. The revival an d the presentation in a universal level, by same (see his relevant writing).
21. Kuntalinotherapy. By the inhalations of Kundalini or also by its awakening.
22. Raja Yoga, 8 stages-steps up of self-therapy of the body and the mind (scientific-psychological method).
23. Mixture-Combination of many of the above systems.
These are some of the most important and most effective harmless esoteric-physiotherapeutic systems that on occasion he revived or discovered and applied for a series of years, successfully.
Except the teachings of the therapeutic systems, he himself effected therapies, as well as those of his students who had been instructed. Parallel a school of Kriya Yoga functioned, as well as a school of slimming, by the system of the Atmoliquefaction (his own invention based on the knowledge and on the application of Yoga).
He himself taught, except the Raja Yoga, all the systems of Yoga, as well as Esoteric Philosophy and Theology (occultism and mysticism).

1) Tell us a few things about yourself. (A small biographic note) and your attribute in the Omakoios of Trikala and Thessaloniki.
I was born in 1965 in Trikala, where I grew up and I reside now. From a very young age (13 years old), I had intense internal searches and after multifarious studies of five years and acquaintances with differents schools, I came in touch with the personal work of my spiritual Master Nikolaos A. Margioris (1913-1993).
From that moment (1993) and in a time period shorter than 4 years, I was supplied gradually and I studied deliberately all his 75 works in which I discovered continually an inexhaustible Treasure of Esoteric Knowledge that shake me as, on the one hand it was something unfamiliar for the Greek writing facts, and on the other hand because, in spite of the volumes of the analogous books that I had read from time to time, it was the first time that I saw revealing accumulated so much KNOWLEDGE (combined with real LOVE), given analytically, popularized and mainly experiencingly by a true Initiate and even Greek.
Parallelly, I entered the Schools of (Omakoio of Athens) and all the activities it developped (Metaphysic Philosophy, Esoteric Theology, Systems of Yoga, Esoteric Therapeutics etc.), and I stayed until his physical end (1993), being taught beside him. And particularly the last 4 years, I had the luck to be enlisted in his private cycle and to communicate continually and directly with him, having the special privillege - permission to ask him CONTINUALLY, inexorable, insistent and deepest ontological and cosmogonical questions for which I always took substantial, thorough, squelchy and catalytical answers.
Parts of my personal relation with Master Nikolaos A. Margioris - with many other data - are described in my first work under the title "From the Master's mouth to the student's ear, with a thorough glossary of Sanscrit of 400 words".
In January 1992, under the permission and the wishes of Master Nikolaos A. Margioris, I founded the Esoteric School of the Omakoio of Trikala which he himself inaugurated, under the presence of host of his students. Since then, I continue unceasingly to afford openhanded the knowledge and the experience that I derived from the Master in every man who really wants to be informed about the deepest folds of himself and of the Creation, giving it at the same time, all the required practical means to grow in his own will and dynamics the opening of the contact with its inner Source of Life and of All.
In 1999, I extended the activities of the Omakoio of Trikala also in Thessaloniki, where I founded the Omakoio of Thessaloniki.
Concerning the external, I am a graduate of the Physical Training and I have been working for 10 years as journalist in Trikala.
2) What is your opinion about the founder of the Omakoio? What different does his teaching bring in relation with the rest ancient and modern Masters?
Independently of my personal view that I will express below, a general unprejudiced. estimation of everyone seriously occupied with the esoteric area on N. Mariori's work is orientated to that we have to do with an unfamiliar, self-powered, innovating Greek presence in the area of the Esoterism and not only that undoubtedly constitutes an inestimable CAPITAL for our country and more generally.
My personal experience and view (if certainly, may have some value) is that Nikolaos Marioris was a man who contained within him "all" the depth of the Occultist Greatness of the Creation, mixed and crowned with the Mystic Experience that constitutes a fellowman that is titled as Initiate (occultist and mystic).
He himself in his unique (first and last) interview in the issue 20 (December 1992), of the metaphysical magazine "Third Eye" some months before his physical death, selfrevealed, declared Christocentricn and Christocratic Mystic. And the titre of the relevant article was "The Patriarch of the Greek Metaphysics".
In any case, we ought to accentuate that only the personal contact with the writer of the work (75 writinngs in total) can give someone the CENTRAL IDEA that is included in the person and in the experience of Marioris and extract his whatever sure conclusions of his own, out of the estimations of anybody and certainly, ours. Still a detail. The perfection of any degree is conquered in our world, as high or even highest it may be, it has a "relative" character, since it is found, definitely, in the matter (under limitation), but because it works about aimlessly and communicates with the eternal, it has a continual connection with the INFINITENESS and a continual perception and reduction of hyperousian Truths, that only the proper IMPLEMENTS of the LORD are enabled.
Nikolaos Margiori's teaching does not carry nor promises any salvation of new type in the humanity. Simply, it "revives" and mixes at an important extent - through the personal "filter" of his accomplishment in the basis of the modern reality and necessity the ancient Greek initiation, the Egyptian initiation, the Indian initiation, and finally the Christianic Inner Initiation in a harmonious "coexistence" and co-course of capabilities and opportunities that comes from the personal need for the covering of the researches of every man separately.
But except all the aforementioned, the different par excellence in the teachings and in the writings of Nikolaos A. Margioris, is that he gives a personal, absolutely HIS OWN ANSWER in the great subject of every times, the ESCHATOLOGICAL (Apocalypse of N. Margioris).
His mystic soul reveals its experiencesa and tries to give the answer by means and organ the Mind and the pen for the hyperintellectual and hyperconscious events. On the basis of these, an eternal creative circle is unrolled, that the WORD coordinates and creates, that in our human language, today is called Jesus Christ.

Birth, Maintenance, Death and Absence of every Expression give a hypper-panoramic, unprecedented in depth and analysis, inexhaustible present, which according to our humble opinion, is USEFUL to come in KNOWLEDGE of every seriously occupied, independelntly of placement and representation.
3) Why are there many Omakoia today in Greece? Which is their relation?
As I aforementioned, Master Nikolaos A. Margioris founded in 1978, for the first time in Greece, the Omakoio of Athens (Omakoio, Om-akouin = by the word omou=together we hear a high esoteric teaching or still we hear the OM, the perfect sound).
Very later and after a long instruction his students-shafts on his consent founded analogous neopythagorean practical philosophic schools which he himself inaugurated.
Precisely, in October of 1991, the Omakoio of Lamia was founded with responsible Dimitris and Koula Tsapara and in January of 1992, the Omakoio of Trikala was founded with responsible Ilias Katsiampas. After the departure of the Master (May 1993), Smaro Kosmaoglou, his assistant, undertook the continuance of the Omakoio of Athens.
The three above Omakoios are selfsufficient, selfpowered and independent organizations-metaphysical schools in a fullness of esoteric activities and certainly, each one has his own master and its own personal separate responsibility and vibrating transmittance of the Esoterism.
After the metastasis of Master N. Marioris and by the passage of the years, these three mothernal Omakoia proceeded in an expansion of their activities. Thus, the Omakoio of Athens made branches in Corfu, in Piraeus and in Rhodes. The Omakoio of Lamia in Callithea of Athens and the Omakoio of Trikala in Thessaloniki, while his students are activivated instructively in two parts in Karditsa. Two more activities by old staffs of N. Margioris are developed in Comotini and in Loutraki of Corinthia.
Finally, all the Omakoios are found in a Liberal Pythagorean Philosophic Association among them through the common service of the Deposits of Nikolaos Margioris, the spiritual Master, that mix not only his personal spiritual experience (modern revelations of N.A.Margioris), but aldo the Knowledge of the East and of the West, as they derived antediluvianly by their mother hestia-source, the larger area of Mediterrannean, by our ancestors pregreeks, the called Dravidians, who were the opponents of the Atlantins.
4) What you consider that the present problems are at the place of the esoteric search today in Greece?
Some of the problems that the area of the Esoteric Search meets are in general the dogmatism, the intolerance, the prejudice, the uperstition, the maculation, the religious fanatism, the egoism and the general insufficiency of elementary intelligence and wel-balanced sentiment or and the utility of many of the opposite bank. (many times, also of the here) of special or not special who undertake fluently modern "crucifications" against the freedom of the thought, against the handling of the ideas, the right of the choice of all of us, of diferent extremities that divide and blackmail from a power position the sentimental and psychic world of our fellowmen, exert to them unbearable and unacceptable psychological pressure and they sow phobias and stress, elevating FALSE separating walls between the supposed truth and not truth. Their responsibilty is IMMENSE, because they force psychologically and retain voluntarily by any means the human souls where arbitrarily and ritualistically they orientate this truth and they are ACCOUNTABLE for it, because they press and inhibit the free psychic impetus for the evolution of many fellowmen of ours. The Karma they construct is extremely heavy and it will be filled at the utmost.
Still, we have the case of many supposed "representatives" rather of themselves, who without having chanced of teachers or rushed by the need for self-certification or still for an easy getting, they construct enterprises of elucidation and of guidance of the simple problems of the very "credulous" world, obtaining an "exploitation" of it and giving bounty to a wholesale mud-slinging of the Holy Metaphysical Esoteric Science and of its partial branches to the profit of their pocket, of their ego, and at the expense of the social whole and of the truth.
It is true that a "DELIMINATION" is required but these are not easy things at all and even if there are at some extent, they do not become easily accepted nor even understood.
Only the abundant spread of the ESOTERIC EDUCATION to every direction will enforce the mechanisms of defence of our society but also of ourselves) and by the time, it will appreciate and will prefer the quality than the quantity, the knowledge than the ignorance, the experience itself than the humble faith or the "served" halfknowledge that leads to the purposeful misleading and a traducement of every healthy qualititaive philosophic system of local or foreign.
But the three great problems are not concentrated in all the aforementioned that come rather to help us to rub us, to wake us, maybe also to purify us in karmic. The greatest problems were always located, are located and will be located in us ourselves and in all what we bear within us, as imperfections, bonds and attachments that must little by little be mastered and be subjugated in order that the LIGHT of the soul, the Christic connection, the Esoteric Blissful Peace find a clear ground and sihne. All the rest external obstacles it is food (and true) to see them as difficulties of opportunities that Lord cares to place in front of us in order to discharge us from our own past karmic error-loads, in order to help us to take the ascension and to accelerate creatively our internal progress, epicuring always our fellowmn so that also he himself comes a step further where he is found today.
5) Why should one study and be occupied with the Esoterism? What would be his practical profit?
The Esoterism or otherwise the Metaphysics as it is generally known, contains two significant legs. On the one hand, we have the Occultism or the Secretism, that is the occupation with everything that not only remains unsearched and unsolved by the daughter of the Occultism, the science, but it is also driven by and it behaves in the immense pulsedepth of the 13 esodimensions of the Omnicreation, of the 7th founding ray in which we belong from the total of the 13 that the Divine Plan presented for the Universes. Other tendencies for the Antiuniverses and let us not mention the Hyperuniverses, where the Thesis - Throne of the "Inemovability" of the Father... (see Experiencing Discoveries of Nikolaos Margioris in his books Birth and Death of the Worlds, Esoteric Philosophy, Posthumous Life, Esoteric Initiation, Ioanni's Apocalypse and susidiarily Reincarnation, Karma, Occultism 3 volumes, Metaphysical Encyclopaeid of two volumes, 34 essays, 49 issues of the journal Omakoio, studies by correspondence, etc.
On the other hand, we have the Mysticism (see Nikolaos Margiori's books, Christocentric and Christocratic Mysticism, The Theurgy teaches the eternal way of the soul, the work Mystic Teaching of three volumes, etc) that concerns one and only exclusively fact. The unbreakable union - society - touch between the Creator and the creature and the full "indifference" for every creature except Him from Whom everything comes, are exempted and end.
Under the above meaning, the occupation with the Esoterism that includes these two data, is ALL to man, because he is in position to inform him in an incredible depth and large for all the questions of substance, that touch the Ontological and Cosmogonic matter (of its life itself finally) and give him by the time the opportunity to create even by his intellectual function a representative ESOTERIC IMAGE of our world (and of the esocoms) and of the Laws that rule the Creation, understand the role and the purpose for which he is found here and undertake in responsibility his individual and collective responsibilities throug qualitative continual struggles with him himself in order, gradually and firmly, to surpass the dug of the rationalism and of the perishness and to embrace that of the eternity - spirituality hyperintellectualMfunction of the Mind), that is of his soulspirit. Of the Mystery of Life itself.
Only thus he will be able to understand that he is found as an actor in the center of a direction (magic or otherwise halucination), which he must definitely perform but it is an error to be indentified with it nd with his external himself that constitutes a reflection of this theatrical scene (action) which we call threedimensional world, that has a date of end, like the mummy - body we all bear.
Here is his maximal and substantial PRACTICAL PROFIT. Definitely, the health and the harmony, of the body, Mind and sou is pressuposed and obtained according to the zeal of the occupation of everyone and then the decision for the search of the indivisible follows, for a society with the soul or and for a full detachment from the karmic and reincarnating bonds, that in depth constitutes also the only true salvation, that comes from a continual selfevolution of multifarious and multidimensional struggle at the field of th "battle" of the daily tended to the christmaking of the human life.
6) What is the future of the Esoterism in Greece and in the world?
The future of the Esoterism in Greece, as in general in the world, is traced rather "positive". We can and we must be optimist, because it appears through that a relax begins of the every suffocating bonds of the freedom by sterile dogmatisms and by frenzied and extreme fanatisms, that will not be missed definitely, but they will not be able to have the same power and the same influence of the yesterday.
However this optimism constitutes simultaneously and REQUIREMENT by every esoterist, of any step and in every land, to show the maximum possible self-denying (self-refusal) of his own being in order to transmit or to sow as more as possible esoteric irritations in larger masses of people and physically to provide an openhanded instruction and continual teaching to the directly interested without be spared of time, labour and provision of knowledge. At the same time he must not fail to certify continually the reduction of the egoism on himself, to find the power through his inabilities and his defi ciencies, to "break" continually the "fractions" that erect in front of him, to be reborn and to inspire the people that trust him, with works and not only with words. Finally, without scorning the external laws and NOBODY fellowman to pursue the alignment in every sacrifice with the divine laws that direct as Divine Plan all the Creation.
Only thus we believe that the SUN of the Truth will rise somehow 'faster" and truer in larger percentages of men and they will take in turn the taste of the joy and of the peace and they themselves but also the society that surrounds them, that will be continually more human in order to approach by the time its angelic side that - in the borders of the recycling of the spiritual and material civilizations - are condensed in the future marvel of his presence third Greek - spiritual - civilization that is also called Valley of Rhodes....
Always, however, together with Athena, move your hand.
7) Do you believe that an effort of union of the esoteric groups in Greece should exist? If not, why?
Theoretically, every effort of contact (not union) is legitimate and at a reasonable extent it can be pursued. Mainly for purposes that touch an elementary "recognition" of the philosophical - metaphysical schools from the state or of the mutual acquaintance - mutual contact and of any discussion and probable exchange of views with sincerity and respect among the representatitves. But even these appear somehow difficult and maybe uncertain to their effects, their utility or possibly to the frankness and the motives of everyone.
The human factor and the human deficiencies contribute surely to it. Independently of the position and the role the evolution of man unfortunately is not accomplished with leaps either definitely with titres and attributions of degrees nor with beautiful and splendid dressing and expressions nor closely with the Knowlege nor with the various forms of representations, not with little or great unions nor certainly with any acceptance of the Truth. A personal struggle of life if not of lives is required... om a clear and definte way of choice of identification but also of action for every man.
Our little experience but also the general acceptanc by all those who have been involved in such contacts, presumes the difficult and perhaps also "aimless" of the whole matter about the union. Besides, all the great Masters created their OWN way of elevation that the smaller masters and students supported and followed. They did not unite in ONE all the partial paths but they let everyone choose what approaches and expresses its own psychosynthesis, which does not seem to be able to change anyhow in the future.
The karmic peculiarities of every peoples and of every nation and of all the partial groups and subcategories start from a different point of development and impetus and end in a different termination, higher or lower. It cannot be otherwise.
Therefore, the position of every small of greater carrier of Esoteric Truths is to remain firm on its own "pure" work and due to this fact, to produce his own work with others that cannot be under actually to have the same vibration, the same purity, nativity or not, greater or smaller depth and quality of teaching and the same gradation of acceptance, absorption and mainly of creating assimilation or incorporation more or less scale of searchers.
Each one where he is enlisted. Besides, the word Union is identified with the word Perfection - Singularity. Only single examples bear within them the UNION of this kind. Its outward application, however, is an improbable piece and it presupposes the union of the whole humanity first INTERNALLY… that in the meantime it will have rather followed the law of the immateriality…
We think that it is a common perception that all what about the union is rather hyperambitious opinions (in order not to use the word utopian) or more precisely hyperidealized situations that do not represent, in our opinion, the reality. And if in part, some similar tendency appears, it will be mainly theoretical, very borderline, sometimes a little experimental and certainly without any substantial, practical facing. We believe that by estimating realistically the matters, no effectiveness of such an effort appears through neither for the immediate nor for the far future, that we do not think can contribute in something definite, on the contrary it is possible that it will make even the existing definite obscure indeed foggy or even hideous and rather increase the confusion of the world about the Esoteric Reality, complicating the individualized paths and the separate representations - vibrations.
8) What is your opinion, in the view that we should be occupied only with our own Greek Tradition because this is what suits us and not by the traditions and the esoterism of the other civilizations and nations?
Every man is PANFREE according His Creator himself, to choose and to occupy with what he considers useful and indispensable for himself that even if his choice is proved a posteriori unlucky or wrong.
The experience and the free search of the Truth are beyond EVERYTHING and an indefensible right of every individualized spiritsoul directly from its Creator, provided definitely that by the time it ends in a weight and in a clear personal way of elevation. Otherwise, it is lost in the mess of the huge metaphysical field, that like in the standings of the external society, a pleiad of different herbage, good and bad, gentle and wild, grow.
Our own perception, as it was expressed and formulated in the word and in the works of N. Margioris, concerns that consideration - it results also from a series of external documents (tokens): glossological, anthropological, archeological, mythological, religious and metaphysical - that raise the view that the three civilizations of the Indians, Egyptians and Greeks (and of their branches on all the Earth) have common their antediluvian and at an extent their postdiluvian origin from a common hestia-source that is concentrated in the basin of the Mediterranean Sea. Everyone concerned mat find analytical details and data in the books of Nikolaos Margioris "Dravidians, the Ancestors of the Greeks", "Desymbolism of the Greek Mythology", "In the Days of Minos, the great King of Crete", "Elefsinian Mysteries", "Pythagorean Arithmosophy", "Socrate's last day", "Pharao Akenaton", etc.
According to the above, the Greek-Prehellenic Spirit is not limited in as much data of knowledge have been saved until today or in the lost stone books of the Elefsinian Mysteries etc., but in the Whole of ALL the above Civilizations that were scattered in various directions plus the Esoteric dimension of the Christianity that have A Primeval Hestia from which they came and they emanated.
Therefore, the common resultant of our occupation with the Total of the above civilizations and Spiritual Deposits (theoretically and practically) and not only, constitutes OUR OWN tradition of all the HUMANITY, that flew from our far ancestors (earthy, out-terrestrial and hyperterrestrial and needs a deepest study and consideration in order that we find its "obscure" and original roots or at least those that are more combatable with the individualized course of evolution of today for everyone of us.
Here we consider necessary to underline that he who did not commune the spiritual knowledge of our ancestors, as almost "selfsame" were saved until today in the sovereign Mystic Systems of the East and of the West (Hinduism, Esoteric Christianity, Orhpism-Pythagorism-Platonism etc.), he who was not given with a particular zeal in Karma, Gnani, Bhakti, Kundalini and Raja Yoga did not learn anything in this life and will fall short in the perpetuity of true ESOTERIC supplies (of Esoteric Education) and of substantial spiritual distinction and of high orientation. It is self-understood that also his steps will be either feigned or mark time or forcefully and slightly -possibly also misleadingly - Certainly, all the above require additionally the CLOSE catalytic relation between the student and the master, without which nothing real and at no sector in our world walks.
9) What is your opinion about the globalization?
The Esoterism, as the word itself says, is occupied exclusively and only with the inner facts of the Creation, and not with the outer ones.
What we see happening all about us, composes the accomplishment of the collective karmik command of the humanity and in general, it constitutes the parcelling of the just internal impetus of the life currents, that most clearly directs to an opening of the societies, of the peoples, of the religions, of the nations, of the economies, of the civilizations, of the philosophies, the sciences and the states among them.
The so-called globalization tends, by the whichever inhibitions of the step of the individual and collective "ego" to follow this internal impulse, which, however appears to us still immature or interwoven with narrow-minded self-interests and low efforts of guidance of the "powerful" to the less powerful, who surely structure the new karmic causes of the future to the responsible while in parallel, they discharge from the old, the suffering.
Thus, undoubtedly it has within it the seed of the truth that starts from deepest internal deterministic causes, but we consider that much work and great maturity is needed to the people (to all of us), in order to learn to assimilate it as more as possible and to handle it in the most virtuous, collective, total and liberating way.
In this, the rearrangement of ourselves that passes through the sieve of the Free and Open Esoteric Education to every direction, will play a greatest importance. Which for the time being happens in a slight and very digestible to improper form for the many people and only to the fewer it finds at some extent, the proper assimilation and performance.
The true Esoterism is not at all affected by the rightly understood Globalization nor is touched by its bad copies, on the contrary it follows from inside the happenings, while at the same time it contributes and is sided up absolutely with the acceleration of its materialization on healthy moralspiritual basis and criteria.
10) Which are the next plans of the Omakoio of Trikala and of Thessaloniki?
The general orientation of the Omakoio of Trikala is that the rare wealth of the Esoteric Experiencing Knowledge of Nikolaos Margioris and of all the really Great who passed from our planet and compose high STANDARDS: Jesus Christ, Ap. THE SCIENTIFIC METHOD OF YOGA
AND ITS APPLICATIONS TO THE MODERN MAN
-THE DEEPER SECRET OF YOGA AND ITS PRE-HELLENIC ROOTS-

WHAT IS NOT YOGA

1) As a beginning, to clarify and dissolve the misapprehensions-rumors-misunderstandings |(slanders-defamations), resulting either from ignorance or from deficient or intentionally wrong information, we should se what is not Yoga.
First of all, Yoga is not any Religion, Dogma, Faith, Worship, Heresy etc., as sometimes it is malevontly rumored. It is nor relevant to all these, but only at the extent that its Philosophy presents us a metaphysical attestation of Creation and of man, which in the West mostly is not taught, but when it happens to be taught, it surely does not have any relation with the Religious Faith.
Yoga is the 4th Indian (Dravidian) Philosophical System and constitutes the greatest saved practical psychological method, being able to help man substantially to all the life levels (bodily, sentimental, mental and spiritual).
In Yoga no faith is required or asked, on the contrary: its every student studies and gets formed on its practices, that he must - according to his idiosyncrasy, his inclination and his will - after a hard and painful practice, apply in order to get the personal confirmation of its substantial results on himself (body and Mind).
2) It is not anything ascetic keeping us away and isolating us from life. In reality, it drives us forward, it enrolls us, it helps us, it gives us rest, it strengthens us, it completes us and it places us more responsibly and actively in the society.
3) It is not at all outlandish as it appears. It is about a most practical knowledge, a complete method of cultivation for man, having very ancient pre-hellenic roots and does not come, as it seems today, from the East. More concretely, its remotest origin, use and probable invention, as it is well founded supported, were established from our ancestors Dravidians, the first Greeks of the Aegean Sea, the pre-Pelasghi Greeks, who, after the Deluge, moved to the East in order to find a new country. They formed in waves two huge tates in Pakistan, Mohenzo Daro and El Harrapa, of the class of 2.000.000 inhabitants with 8 layers of states (the one burried under the other) that created the waves of Dravidians who arrived there. The deeper state is estimated to have been established in more than 4.000-8.000 b.C. and present a unique, enviable and inimitable knowledge for those times. Also the use of the city planning system, of the hydraulic and of the drain systems (in every house there were bathrooms with running hot and cold water) presented an architectural perfection and an impressive quality for those who know.
Among the archeological findings, some statuettes were discovered at a Yoga posture, as well as some inscriptions that refer to the Taurokathapsia of the Cretans and to many other things certifying that the removed people of the Dravidians are those who, by their immigration to the east transferred also the Knowledge of Yoga and finally they implanted it in India. For this subject, particularly, there are enough and important anthropological, archeological, historical, glossological and philosophic-metaphysical proofs that, unfortunately, not only are not largely known, but even the special scientists ignore them, or they do not give the required heaviness to the various elements, so that there may not be any elementary state care in order that all these multifarious demonstrative elements existing may be classified and studied thoroughly and constitute a unique total of a powerful documentation, in despite of that some foreigner archeologists (the Indian archeologist Satarzi, in his work "History and Culture of the Indian People", in the first volume "The Vedic Age" , capital "Race Movements and prehistoric Culture" recognizes the matter of the immigration of our ancestors Dravidians from Crete and from the rest islands, from Asia Minor, from continental Greece and generally, from the Mediterranean to India. Also, the distinguished Indian archeologist Mirantza Sankar Gouha, in his work "Racial elements of the population" discerns four main racial varieties that were blended, among which also the Dravidians who compose today the base of all the peoples of South India), and some other speculator and scientists (historians: Duran), expressed their opinion on it, recognizing the view of the immigration of the Dravidians to the East from the Mediterranean, as well as the transport of the Knowledge of Yoga (see also at the 21st volume- 61 volumes - of the Britannica encyclopaedia, edition 1996, in the lemma Dravidians, where, among others, the following are mentioned: "It is believed that the creators of the civilization of the valley of the Hindu river - the cities Mohenzo Daro and El Harrapa were the Dravidians, and they belonged to the eastern branch of the Mediterranean tribe, that is of the Iberians, Etrusks, Cretans, Egyptians, Hittits and Soumerians. 23 kinds (variations) of Dravidian languages are spoken today in South Asia).

WHAT IS YOGA
This evening, you will necessarily hear also some sanscrit words, which I will interpret for you.
Yoga is the binding, the yoking, the marriage, the junction of all the heterogenous elements of our personality (instincts, repulsed wills, sentiments, thoughts) that devour the power of man's life and get him ill. More simply, it is the gathering around, the concentration of all the diffused energy we have within us and it orientation to one and sole direction (the intellectual powers are like the dispersed rays: when they get united, they enlighten).
It is about the greatest practical psychology of all the times (Intellectual Art) - that has been saved in a pure form until our days - that gives us the possibility to bring in touch, to unite our Conscience with Subconscience and Hyperconscience.

KINDS OF YOGA
There are many Yoga types (this means that Yoga, this junction, is effected in different levels). The most fundamentdal of them keeping our interest, are the following:
a) Hatha Yoga that is the mostly spread in the West and is occupied almost exclusively in the bodily exercises, is the union and the cooperation with our body.
b) Kriya Yoga. It is applied either preventively or therapeutically. It is a method of Body-soul Therapeutics (self-therapy) by which man himself seeks to fight against a largest range of various anomalies, rheumatisms, arthritics, spine diseases, diabetes, obesity, headaches, migraines. Different harmful (bad) habits, as smoking or drinking, different phobias and defects as clistophobia, phobia of the heights, phobia of fire, anthropophobia, passion of Beauty, egopathy, amnesia etc., as well as the unbearabl intensities-pressures-troubles of strain, stressings, confusion, enervations (bodily, sentimental, mental), that throw us down every day and create the presuppositions for many body-soul diseases. It is even estimated that on the Third millenium, the dominant diseases will be psychoasthenia and psychopathy, that is the madness domination (in fact it is a disease of the mind and an affection of the mind, and not a disease of the soul, as it erroneously called. It would be much more right and proper that the psychology be called Mindology since its object is the Mind and not the Soul (Psyche), that is something intangible and theoretically imperishable and eternal).
c) Mantram Yoga that is occupied with the so-called words of Power, that strengthen the power of the attention and of the concentration in man.
d) Karma Yoga that is Activity - Action - Energy, the disinterested service, the work offer without expecting any fruit (return), that is the work for the whole and not for ourselves,
e) Gnani Yoga is the Philosophical - Gnosiological Yoga, the union through the philosophical approach of Truth, in the basis of all what the great Spirits have offered us.
f) Bhakti Yoga is Yoga of the respect, of the devotion to the ideal, of the worhsip, of the divine Love that, to be sincere, is difficult to be taught and mainly to be applied in practice, because there are only extremely rare cases of people (psychosynthesises) that really need to be left without any restrictions to their ideal (to be sacrificed for it, self- delivery-dependence),
g) Tantra or Kundalini Yoga is Yoga based on the Life Power, of Energy (spiritual gathered Power), it is the one that when it goes out we call it sperm and that we can use it in control under some presuppositions and a hardest work with ourself, for our spiritual evolution (progress).

RAJA YOGA
However, let is be more careful when we talk not so much about the practical systems of Criya Yoga, that now we cannot analyze and practice - because the participation on the part of the interested persons is needed - as about Raja Yoga.
Raja means King. Raja Yoga is the Royal or the Scientific or Psychological or Intellectual Union, the Zenith of all Yogas. It was codified in 250-300 b. C. and maybe much longer ago, by Indian wise Patantazli.
It affords a safe, sure, orthologistic and relatively easy approachable way for every man that gives him all the necessary equipments (lights) to comprehend himself and to start little by little dominating on himself (bodily and mentally). But most of all, it allows him to confirm personally what theory teaches, through the experiment and the verification.
Raja Yoga is based on the three fundamendal qualities of man: Thought, Will and Imagination. It is them that it uses and by them it performs its work.
According to Yoga, our Mind is three-substantial, it has three basic situations: Conscience, subconscience and hyperconscience (it is said that Einstein used the 45% of his brains, Napoleon was able to dictate 7 letters at the same time, Socarate by his Thought receive answers in crucial matters - the battle of Potidea, Symposium - Pythagoras to help man develop and use his powers created the Omakoio of Krotonas in South Italy, all the initiation places and the mysteries that existed in the ancient times and they concern the higher function of our Mind).
Conscience or Vifilance operates during all the day and supplies man with information, creating basically the thought phenomenon. Generally, it is active as long as we are awake and it affords us the signal orthologism that, although is useful, it is insufficient to conceive the whole man, but also to face him as a unique psychosomatic entity (it remains in "ring pass not", that is, do not pass beyond the ring).
Subconscience is a higher or rather a deeper (not conscious) situation of our Mind, with substantial activities and responsibilities, that prevails during our physical or our technical sleep (it does not stop acting even when we are awake). (It supervises and cares in an incredible accuracy for all the involuntary functions of our organism of which it is responsible, as well as for the detoxication and restoration of every disturbance of the organism (Adler, Freud, Vilhelm Reich, Young - especially Young had studied this matter and expressed a favourable opinion about this psychological method-).
Finally, hyperconscience is the supreme function of our Mind that when gets activated (in the latent situation it is inactive and unfunctioned) it presents us a new type of an absolutely evolved and perfect man, full of knowledge, Spirituality, Bliss and Love. We had analogous examples with Pythagoras, Plotinos, Ammonios Sakkas, Iraklitos, Asclepios, Socrates etc., who - judging from the works they left to us - we suspect that they were claimed of such a donation, that however got it by their value.- Will and action, the means and the spiritual values that these beings present and develop remain inimitable and timeless, escaping and surpassing every means, but also a high limit existing.
To be more comprehensible, I should say that conscience (mental function, owning the nervous system), is occupied in the examination of the external-physical phenomena and facts and it exhausts its dynamism on them.
Subconscience is charged with the external events happening inside us for which we have no idea. For example, the heart, the lungs, the digestion functions, etc. All these are controlled and addressed by our subconscious (through the Oblong) that does not cease being a piece of ourself, no matter if we ignore and neglect it, leaving it permanently in margin.
Yoga reconciles us and makes us to cooperate and also to dare control a part of all the unvoluntary functions of our organism in the basis of the education that we have had and to help substantially in the recovery from many diseases. But much more hepls us to keep a "perfect" is line of health and a course of Self-Knowledge.
Hyperconscience enables us to conceive some subtler vibrations and sways existing around us (see the discoveries of contemporary kvantic physics), so that we may be able to form a complete and clear image of Truth about ourselves and about the Universe-World (matter-form) and not partially as we have done till now, by the function of our unfortunate and miserable conscience (more simply, of the egoism). This egoism makes us think that we are the unique beings in the world, because we have the privilege to rule in our physical dimensions and to constitute in appearance only the most natural way of expression and life.
But let us come in Raja Yoga that we shall substantially examine today, in order to see more clearly its practical ascending scale.
Raja or Raya or Astanga or Maha Yoga is composed of 8 steps or upgrades, as follows:
1) Yama (it comprises 5 moral commands. It concerns the relation between us and our fellow-men).
2) Niyama (it comprises 5 moral rules. It concerns the relation between us and ourselves).
3) Asana (it is occupied in proper therapeutical poses).
4) Pranayama (it is the practice in the rhythmical breath).
5) Pratyahara (it is relaxation).
6) Dharana (it is concentration).
7) Dhiana (it is the wellknown Meditation).
8) Samadhi (it is the Union, the supreme Consciousness situation).
To be noted that every step is in itself a completed separate scientific system, the learning of which can constitute also a deposit of life, for the exhaustion of a study and application as possible as complete. In fact, every step is tied with its previous and its next one, so that there may be an unbreakable continuation and consistence in the spiritual accomplishment of man.
But let us examine the above steps, one to one:
Yama means Temperance, control. It has 5 abstinences or curbings:
a) Avoiding presents, on our part or on the others part (that means not to the buying off of the conscience. ours or of the others). More simply, no donation,
b) Purity in everything - Brahmatsarya (meaning economy of our spiritual and sexual powers, not aimless waste for the enjoyment of a pleasure that empties us of energy,
c) Truthfulness-Satya (a Yogi should be friend of Truth in all its expressions and he should seek for it no matter what way and price in,
d) No Envy, no Theft - Asteghia (envy burns man internally and theft damages our fellow-men. A genuine Yogi does not deign these or at least he tries hard to surpass them.
e) No violence - Ahimsa (it is one of the greatest virtues that a Yogi should follow in all the levels - bodily, sentimental and psychical - Mahatma Gadhi through the no-violence, managed to defeat and to sen out of India the English conquerors.
The next step is Niyama that means Discipline. This has also 5 principles:
a) Devotion in God - Isvara Pranintana - or in any superior power that man recognizes for himself. Here man recognizes a limit for himself, to the conscious concept of the things he has and places in front of him any ideal, a higher power surpassing him, a superior ideal, a sruggle generally to the Infinite, that makes him finer, ennobles him, softens him, keeps him humble and strengthens continually his will.
b) Study of books occupied in the deliverance (spirituality) of man - Svadiaya (by this we mean the metaphysical-mysticist books affording a substantial spiritual nourishment to man and forming a Perfection picture, a perfect vibration within him, a gravity center, a stability.
c) Discipline and Resistance - Tapas (without discipline he cannot learn what is taught, but nor apply it in order to control himself).
d) Satisfaction in all what he has - Samtosa (he learns how to be contented with little things, and with all what life, creation, God afford him, and he does not complaint nor grumbles).
e) Purity of Body and Soul - Shausa (that is Wash your sins, not only your face).
All the above-mentioned, aim to advise and to indicate to man how he must organize his life in relation with the others but also with himself, in order to be able to create a stable axis, a substructure, a moral foundation that will constitute his registered sign of a full bodily-psychical training that brings man in harmony with himself and with his fellow-men.
It is well understood that a right student of Yoga makes generous efforts to approach the above ideals first of all for himself and then for the others (if we do not develop our ferocious and primitive nature, if we do not improve ourselves, we will not be able to aspire that there is the possibility for us to help substantially our fellow-men).
Otherwise, we study Yoga quite academically and theoretically (trainingly), without creating the presuppositions of improving ourselves and without accomplishing the elementary principles-obligations of a Man scientist and not the contrary.
We pass on the third step, Asana, meaning a firm and not oscillated position-posture of the body (therapeutical training).
There are 8.000.000 different asanas each one of which strengthens, reinforces and cures different suffering parts of our body. We use from 36 to 88 poses maximum, that are strictly studied and give us concrete therapeutical results.
Asana aims to train gradually and to bring a stability and an immobility to the physical body, so that a gradual procedure of bringing back the harmed organs of the organism to their original-physiological position may begin. Also that a physiological distribution of the internal juices and energies running in our body may return and finally, by the body firmness, a message of Mind immobility may be given, that in an imitative way, will start little by little applying it, calming down and tranquilising from the uncontrollable annoying thoughts consuming the Life Substance (prana). Certainly, the farthest aim is to be able to keep a stable position for a long time, for the exercising to concentration.
Pranayama is the 4th step of Raja Yoga - Prana the Life Substance, the Universal Energy ("oxygen", "the orgone" of Vilhelm Reich) existing diffuse in the whole Universe and supplying everything with life.
In Pranayama we are occupied with the most basic phenomenon of life: Breath. Man can lack his food for a long time and continue living. However, he cannot lack oxygen that composes the basic source of life, except for a few seconds or even for 3-5 minutes.
The Yogis, long ago noticed the matter of the breath, they examined it minutely and they delivered us a special way of rhythmic breaths that contains the proper inhalations, the holdings of the air within us, the expirations and the holding of the air out. There are many systems of breaths that aim to feed, to revive and to enforce the whole organism, by creating not only the presuppositions of the health, but also of the longevity.
It is about an exceptionally effective method having direct results in our nervous and muscular system, as well as in the circulating, in the heart-blood vessel, in the lymphatic, the peptic, the immunity, the endocrinic, the breathing, the skeletic systems. In a word, in all the systems of the organism without exemption.
For instance, when we inhale the air and we hold it within us, we strengthen and reinforce our collapsed nervous system. On the contrary, when we expire the air and we hold it out, we strengthen our muscular system.
We come to the 5th step, Pratyakara. Pratyakara is well known to all of us as relax or loosening. It is an ideal medicine for every kind and type of tiresome, intensity, pressure, toxication of our existence. One hour of proper relaxation corresponds to about four hours of physical sleep.
Every day our organism spends about a 70%-80% of its physical powers. For this reason, it gets tired, emptied, it weakens, it gets ill and put down, bodily and physically. Because, every moment, by the continuous function of the senses and of the thought, it suffers of lack of power.
The natural sleep is not enough to detoxicate the organism (intensities,dreams, nightmares). Here Pratyakara comes (substraction, void of Mind, introversion), through relax and instructs us how to suspend this super-activity of the senses, so that the continual flow of the uncontrollable and useless irritations cease and that we recharge our batteries and escape from the worse that soon or later will come. More simply, we learn how to make a salutary interval of reorganization and of renewal in our organism.
We reach the 6th step, Concentration or otherwise Reflection (Socrate, battle of Potidea). It is one's ability to keep one's Mind at a subject, point, target for 12´´ continual seconds without any second thought to intervene. This causes the gathering and the voluntary direction of the internal mental powers for the production of a high work.
The 7th step, Dhiana, is Meditation, the conscience elongation to the 144´´ resulting the internal identification with the target.
Finally, the 8th step, Samadhi, needs 1728´´ of our thought control and gives us transgression, Enlightenment, the Full comprehension of Ourself.
Scientific tokens (experiments): As it is known, we have 4 kinds of brain waves. Brain waves B (conscience situation, from 13-28 c/sec). A (relax - light sleep, from 8-12 c/sec), H (sleep, from 4-7 c/sec) and D (deep sleep, from 2-4 c/sec). According to Yoga, there are more conscience situations (kinde of brain waves) that the scientific search has not touched yet. It is rumoured that the attained Yogis are able to enter involuntarily the known and the unknown conscience situations, to be incarnated bodily and mentally and also to fill their being with universal Knowledge. We have too many respective examples (Ramakrisna, Vivekananda, Satya Sai Baba, Nikolaos A. Margioris, Greek television and many others).
In Australia, Yoga is incorporated in the National Health System of the country: the scientists -according to the disease- recommend exercises in Yoga, contrary to our own doctors who, not having a clear knowledge of Yoga (except in least cases) or even some other solutions, give unsparingly only medicines for the treatment of different diseases (that are known as having side effects and weakening the natural defense of our organism). Also, its practices are taught in the prisons, in the psychiatric clinics, hospitals, schools, universities, factories, houses for underdeveloped children, et.
In Denmark, Yoga is recognized as a part of the National Educational program.
In France, Yoga is taught as a selected lesson in the Universities, while recently the goverment gave a subsidy of one million francs in order to establish a Yogic University, a little far from Paris.
In Tsechoslovakia, the ministry of Athletism and Health points out the significance of Yoga in all the country.
In the former Sovietic Union Yogis cooperate with the scients in spacing educational programs to be able to discover how the Yogic trained body can endure the difficult space conditions.
In the whole continent of Latin America Yoga flourishes.
In U.S.A. it is taught at a university level and constitutes an academic extradiscussion knowledge.
In India, Yoga has become an obligatory lesson in many governmental schools and thousands of masters are being trained in it.
In the 8th volume of the Health Encyclopaedia that is translated into Greek - which has been approved by the Ministry of Health of South Italy - there is a dedication of 11 pages about Yoga and the extended and important profits for the bodily and mental health it affords to every person who will take the trouble to apply its practices.
In America, the Ministry of Health of the Government in USA, has issued a voluminous book in which it informs the American people about the alternative ways of self-therapy. In this book it is mentioned what Yoga can offer to the preventive health of the citizens. We copy some extracts of the text that refers to Yoga and that is contained in the above-mentioned book:
"Here in America, Yoga is utilized most often as a part of a holistic program for the improvement of the health, as well as a natural therapy for the diseases. An example is the application of Yoga by Dr. Dean Ornish (cardiologist), together with the changes of the nutrition, the free aerobic exercise, the meditation and some groups of sentimental support, in order to overturn the heart diseases (Ornish 1990)."
"The bodily and psychological profits of Yoga contain the massage of the muscles and of the internal organs, the increased circulation of the blood, the counterbalancing of the sympathetic and the parasympathetic nervous system, the increase of the endorfins in the cerebrum (egkefalins, seratonine), the inversion of the negative results of the heaviness on the organs, the increase of the nourishing substances in the tissues and the increased presence of the ways -A and -Č in the cerebrum that give the Mind a greater calmness".
"Since 1920 when these scientific searches started, to 1989 when the above work was formed, about 1600 studies took place. Still many studies took place since then and below follow only some of those that are referred in the statement of the Ministry of Health of America, as a representative proof".
1. The mice that were placed vertically, the head downward, one hour every day, were adjusted on a technical shock quicker and more effectively than the other mice (Lidura 1978).
2. The people who make Yoga are more resistant in the stress (Gaertner 1965).
3. The heart functions more effectively to those who make Yoga (Ornish 1983), (Bakker, 1975).
4. The pressure of the blood is reduced and the waves of the cerebrum show a calmer internal situation (Anand and Chhina 1961, Blacknell 1975), (Fenwic\k, 1977).
5. In combination with the changes to the nutrition, the reduction of the cholesterol takes place (Ornish, 1983).
6. The improvement of the sugar level in the blood (Monroe and Fitzerald, 1985).
7. Due to the psychological benefits it has been used to help to the purgation of drug and smoking addiction (Benson, 1969).
8. It has been evaluated together with other classic therapies to help in the asthma (Gore, 1962), the high pressure (Backnell 1975), the drug addiction (Benson 1969), the heart problems (Ornish 1983), the migraines (Benson 1977), the cancer (Frank 1975) and the arthritis (Coudron & Coudron, 1987).
This is, briefly, the evaluation of a representative sign of scientific studies and experiments for Yoga, from the Ministry of Health of the USA.
We meet a similar respect and a respective acceptance for Yoga, almost in the whole planet.
Also, in order to prove and show you the value, the importance and the great utility of Yoga, I shall refer quickest to the Sofrology that constitutes a new universal scientific method, being recently developed that mainly the neurologists-psychiatrists use, and that, as it officially admits, has borrowed many elements from the Eastern Philosophy and particularly by the techniques and methods of Yoga, of Zen and of the Buddhism. Also, in combination with the Eastern thought, it has formed a new completed educational and therapeutic method, mainly of psychological support and of the beginning for the self-improvement of man.
The term Sofrology was created in 1960, by neurve-psychiatrist Alfonso Caycedo, and it comes from the union of three Greek words. Soos: integral, self-poised, harmonious. (Freen: spirit, Word, cause, science, logic).
The 1st Congress of the Sofrology took place in Barcellona, in October of 1972 and 1500 councilors from all the world participated in it. The Sofrology is enrolled in the mild - physical medical methods and it is practiced by the physicians but also by the people of the paramedical professions.
Even, relatively recently, also in Greece the first popularized book of neurologist-psychiatrist Mr. Theodoros Balis, from Thessaloniki, was edited, under the title "Strain-Stress-Oppression, a contemporary confronting of them. by the method of the Sofrology".
Here are some epigrammatical applications of Yoga to the man of today:
a) The exercises of Yoga combined with the proper breaths and the learning of the relax, give an excellent help and contribution for every affection and particularly to the matter of the Pregnant mother for the case of the anodyne delivery (a written permission of the doctor should be secured, that there is not any organic problem rendering impossible the practice of Yoga (or any other problem that needs a particular approaching way on the part of the exercises). The aim of these exercises in to make the womb to take such a position in the woman's pelvis, that the laying down of the baby can be normally and without any harm (exercise with Kriya Yoga from the 1st until the 6th month, then the exercise is continued only by rhythmic breaths).
Also, every right and not false asana represents a period and a parallel position of the embryo (baby), in the mother's womb, durint the gestation. Nine months in the womb make 9 X 4 weeks in month = 36 weeks. In these 36 weeks that the about nine months of the destation make, a progressive change is effected that will end in the completion of a human life.
Yoga follows faithfully these stages about, to give the psysical, the original rhythm, together with the dynamic energy that the embryo was taking during the physical formation in the womb, whixh is the perfect laboratory of nature, under the surveyance of Creator, of God Himself.
b) It helps in the regulation of the woman's menses.
c) By the ethicoplastic exercises (concentration and comparison, Kriya Yoga), we improve our character, we fight against the wrong habits, we efface the obsessions and the phobias.
d) By the bodily exercises we cure the suffering parts of the organism, in the basis of the proper poses that bleed and activate certain parts of our body.
e) By the rhythmical breaths we revive and activate the organism.
f) By relaxation we detoxicate and revive our body and our Mind.
g) By the concentration (self-concentration) we learn how to control the intellectual workings through and how to stop the uncontrollable and annoying thoughts.
h) By meditation we start recognizing and penetrating the internal substance - cause of every phenomenon-object-fact.
i) by self-knowledge we realize the deeper layers of ourself that remain in a letent situation (unconscious) and we try to use them.
It would be a wishful thinking that the teaching mainly of Hatha, of Kriya and of Raja Yoga, were incorporated also in Greece, at a University level (TEFAA School, Medical School, paramedical professions, etc.), so that some people right constituted come out who will orientate on their turn, more correct every fellowman about the matter, first of the prevention of his health and if necessity, of his personal abilities for a remedy, and finally, at an extent, of his self-knowledge… which is even more important and quiet necessary for all of us…
Also, we are open to every proposition on the part of the special scientists (doctors, etc.), in order to show or also to learn some of the elementary principles and exercises of Yoga (bodily and noetic exercises) that may be applied complementarily and additionally to any other medical treatment, in the scientific, hospital places (hospitals, university schools, etc.), under the supervision of the responsible physicians, so that the degree of the effectivenes and of the utility of Yoga may be proved.

ESOTERIC THERAPEUTICS

The terms that characterize the different approaches to the remedy of man are mainly three: The Alternative Medicine, the Alternative Therapeutics without medicines and the Esoteric Therapeutics or the Chiroplastic Asklepean Therapeutics.
Indeed, if we tried a rough (first) classification, we would say that at a percentage there is an interpenetration of the therapies that are classified in the above general titles.
But let us see what about therapeutic systems the above terms comprise:
Well, the most principal ways of the not-conventional or otherwise alternative medicine are: the Chinese Acupunture (it is trained as an official therapeutic method nearly all over Asia, in the hospitals by some specialized doctors and for years already it has been also trained in the West), the Osteopathy (it is trained by massage and it reaches to a powerful handling of the areas where the problem is), the Chiropractic (it holds that the diseases do not come from the bad arrangement of the bones, but from the bad operation of the nervous system, also the therapists turn their attention only to one part of the body - joint, muscle, bone - instead of being occupied with all the body, like the osteopathic), the Homeopathy (it bases the therapy on the supply of small doses of various substances, that if given in big doses to healthy individuals, they will cause the symptoms of the disease. Also the substance that will be supplied is chosen on the basis of the bodily and the psychical "nature" of the ill-being, as it is defined under the proper examination), the Physiopathology (therapeutics without medicines that is based on the idea that every disease is caused from the bad diet or the wrong way of life. And it imposes their correction - massage, etc.), the therapeutics with herbs (it is very ancient and enough medicines of the Orthodox Medicine have come from it. But unlike the Orthodox Medicine, the herbs that are used here in their natural form and not as pure and reinforced substances and they have less side-effects - the herbs are used as decoctions, dilutions, pills or cremes-), the Aromatotherapy, the Musicotherapy, the Chromotherapy, the Ayouverda (it is the "science of life" for the therapy, prolepsis and longevity. This science contains as partial therapeutic methods the right nutrition, the therapy with herbs, the aromatotherapy, the chromotherapy, the therapy with crystals, yoga, massage and the prayer), the Pathetic or Religious petition or even the prayer beside the ill for the strengthening of his Faith to the therapy, the Japanese Siatsu (it is the most widespread method of therapy universally and it is based on the fingertapping on certain points for the unblocking of the bioenergy), Reiki (it is also based on the bioenergic theory), the Suggestion, the Ancient Greek Asclepian Massage, the Static Therapeutics, the Cinetic Therapeutics, the Fingertapping, the Tonguetherapy, the Hypnotism, the Reflexology, the Iconoplastics, the Kriya Yoga (method of bodily and noetic therapy), the Raja Yoga (it contains 8 stages - steps of remedy for the body and the Mind), the admixture of many of the above methods, as well as many others that not all of them can be recorded in an introductory article.
Let us, however, do now an indispensable, but not obligatory distinction among the three terms that we mentioned above, so that we follow in a greater clearness and understanding the most principal therapeutic systems and the way they are practiced. That is, of the Alternative Medicine, of the Therapeutics Without Medicines and the Esoteric Therapeutics.
The Alternative Medicine is based on the practical knowledge that has followed a quite different way to approach man and the diseases that overwhelm him, the only difference being that in the way of its practice, a third factor intervenes, like the needle for the acupuncture is, the apparatus of the electric-acupuncture, the dissolved medicine for the homeopathic, etc. In general - without this meaning an inviolable rule - in the Alternative Medicine, we could classify every intervention that is not wholly "natural" and it uses intermediate means (apparatus, needles, homeopathic concoctions etc.).
The Therapeutics Without Medicines is based - as the word says - on the absolute remotion from any kind or medicine. Therefore, it is limited on the physiopathy, on the therapy with herbs, on the handling of the osteopathic and of the chiropractic and on the practical methods of the chiroplastic therapeutics. That is, it comes even nearer to the nature and to the natural ways of contacting and of confronting the health matters, in a more "natural" confrontation and an intervention through the physical touch.
Finally, the Esoteric Therapeutics is wholly based on the Esoteric Power - whereof the word - of man and it tries to activate it. More simply, it is based on the unused energy dynamism that all of us have within us. This takes place either under the form of the heterotherapy, either more completely and creatively for each of us by the self-therapy. Here, we meet the more physical systems of therapeutics, like Siatsu, Reflexology, Suggestion, Hypnotism, Iconoplastics, Static Therapeutics, Yoga, and many others.
An indispensable note that must take place, is that all these alternative systems of hetero-treatment or even of self-treatment of man do not function contrary to the Orthodox medical confrontation, but they come to complete and to help the human nature that needs them.
For example, we know very well, by psychology, that there are two basic natures of men. The extrovert and the introvert. On the one part, the extrovert nature finds more directly and effectively its therapy by the official medical method. On the contrary, the introvert nature falls in line very well with the alternative methods of therapy. That is it is about a matter of idiosyncrasy that someone - on the basis of his nature -cooperates better, opens more and trusts himself to the one or to the other side.
Also -as a rule- no right alternative curer undertakes to confront any disease, if first he does not have "in hand" a clear official medical diagnosis about the problem or the problems that the ill-being faces, so that he can be guided to the best way possible in which he will help the diseased.
Now, before we enter the systems, mainly of the Therapeutics without medicines and of the Esoteric Therapeutics, we shall say a few words about the subject of the health, of the illness, and of the Therapy with the alternative ways.
Health, according to Hippocrates the father of the medicine, it is the equilibration and the harmony of the juices of the body (let us not forget that we are composed at the 70% and more, of water, urine, black and yellow bile, salive, whisper etc), and certainly, illness means the disturbance of the balance of the internal juices.
According to the Esoteric Therapeutics - at a general approach we would say that health is the harmonic equilibrium and co-existence of the two opposite, but complementary energy systems of the organism, of the sympathetic (positive magnetism, 55% conciseness in positive energy that prevails at the back part of the body and that has an exit - observer on our front), and of the parasympathetic (negative magnetism with 45% conciseness in negative energy, that predominates on the front part of man and it has as an observer - exit at the back part the oblong - neck).
When this proportion of the power - prana - energy is maintained in our body at the percentages 55% of the positive magnetism and 45% of the negative magnetism, then there is health, power and life. When these percentages get disturbed and the one overcomes the other, we automatically fall into an illness - whatever name we may give it - that does not cease being a disturbance of the balanced analogy of the Substance of Life, of Prana, of the Bio-energy that vivifies and keeps us in life.
This imbalance of the analogous and statutory from the nature powers can come from innumerable causes, physical (visible) and "not physical" (not visible).
Therefore, illness is the unnatural operation of a part of our organism being the result of the abnormal trading of the power-energies in our organism.
For example, whatever illness may come from the bad nutrition (wrong, excessive or least), from external colds, from viruses, from microbes, from hardships, from malnutrition, from the bad combustion of the food, from the hetero-suggestion or the self-suggestion, from the improper or the wrong pharmaceutic treatment, from the actual continual competition of the two big energy systems of our organism (positive and negative) etc.
As it becomes intelligible, every natural element of matter, food, water, medicine, air, contains within it the percentages of the positive or negative power-energy (electromagnetism), that when we take it, we canalize it in our organism and it effects suitably and according to the case.
Also, for the most part, most illnesses result from the irrepressible emotional charges and psychical (intellectual) upsets, that cause indefinable redistribution and new classifications to the energy substance of man, to the effect that the balanced proportion of the power energies within us is disturbed.
In the same way, an even deeper approach is that every abnormality in our natural world and in our natural body comes from the tide (the flood that means the excessive taking Substance of Life or the ebb that means the reduced taking Substance of Life) of the ethereal-energy powers- prana - vital power, that enter continually in our organism and create the phenomenon either of the over-covering of the organism with prana (flood) or of the lack of prana (ebb) in the organism, that leads, through the hormonal system of the internal secretions to specific organic problems.
One even more esoteric reason of the illness and of everything in life, is the personal activities and choices that we did in the past about different matters that concern us, that is, in a word, our personal karma (the law of the retributive justice or otherwise, the law of the cause and of the result).
So, we ourselves, with our actions (on the basis of the free will, of our choices) put in motion some powers, we allowed ourselves to be exposed in relation with the nutrition, with our sentimental over-excitation or with our intellectual overcharge, which gradually created organic and psychic problems. Nothing is independent of our energies and our choices in thought, word and act, that affect respectively and form all the psychosomatic conditions and the facts-diseases of the future.
Our probable remedy through some of the offered ways of internal therapy is the counter-weight that will liberate us from our problem, from a disease. We should note that the therapy does not succeed always. Though the percentage that is said is cured, is big (70% -80%), the failures or the non-complete therapies do not cease existing.
But beyond of our choices concerning the structure already of our good or bad future, the main responsible and guide is our own soul (spirit), that knows accurately all the necessary (karmic) counter-poises in experiences (trials) of the Mind and of the body that came alive by our past actions and that now we pay for them and it is this that oversees now and directs the entrance of the flow of our power-energy within us, according to our real necessities and not to the apparent ones.
Certainly, it is legitimate and right for us to learn how to coexist with our problems, the difficulties, the obstacles, the illnesses, the badness of the others and of the society, and to try, getting instructed, to be developed through what happens to us. The techniques, the therapeutic methods help extremely and close out, with the help of the therapist (external or internal) and the cooperation of the cured, the old calculations and obligations of man. Especially when the therapist is made (if he is an illuminated being, saint Patapios, Apostle Pavlos etc.), which means that he works completely wittingly and when the patient also cooperates, the therapy will be a fact.
If the therapist is not made, but being instructed, works through the same techniques, with sincerity and self-abnegation, he can also offer some important services to his fellowman. But almost everything - except a few exemptions - depend on the susceptibility and the cooperation of the patient opposite his curer. If this does not exist, the results will be meager. If it exists, even a not-made can make "miracles" (we see that the will itself (karma) of man allows someone to cooperate or to repulse - wittingly or unwittingly - his curer, there is always an idiosyncracy predisposition).
Still, a basic pointing out is that all the Esoteric methods of therapies, except perhaps Yoga, are not panaceas, but they are the only real help that can be given from man to man (with bare hands), the real HUMANISM.
Definitely, what we call Wonder does not exist in these therapies, neither in anyone else, and if maybe it happens sometime only by made and accomplished spiritual beings, it is because they decide to lift the weights of some fellowman, maybe in order to illuminate him, maybe for one thousand reasons, that we, the rank and filer, cannot detect and ascertain. The Wonder goes through still deeper spiritual reasons that a few people have the possibility to approach and even fewer to handle them, because the karma outflanks.
However, as much the therapies we mentioned above, as the Wonder, do not substitute the spirituality in man. Because, no matter how many times one cures a man, man himself will form immediately one thousand other illnesses, due to his wrong extrovert course, to his uncontrolled behavior and his activity to himself and to the others, and certainly, due to the full lack of the contact and communication with his psychical grandness, to which he is continually found as his opponent and his captive (adverse).
Only when we get even a little contact with our soul, then we are really cured, we know the true nature - ourselves and we get rightfully all our real Powers and Abilities.
In one word, all the therapies, all the teachings, all our efforts must direct to how we will be able to stand on our own feet, to attain as the first target the Know Yourself, the Knowledge of our existence-life itself. And this is what all the Masters and the great real spiritual Beings who passed by our planet, try teach-transmit us, to give us the possibility to cure ourselves, to orient again and to program again ourselves to the direction of our perfection and the most important, to walk with our own feet, towards there. It is not enough to hear the others who walked before us or who walk in the same way. We ourselves must also go ahead, let it be in our rhythm, but we must indispensably go ahead.
Now, let us examine a little the most basic Systems of the Chiroplastic or of the Esoteric Therapeutic.
We start with SIATSU that constitutes an accomplished practical method of therapy that comes to us from Japan and that has a largest spreading out and appliance to all the world without exemption.
It was Japanese Tokoziro Namikosi who invented this method. He was found in a small island, secluded with his wife, due to the harsh winter and generally, to the very bad weather, day after day. There, his wife was offended by some disease. Watching her suffering and being in pain, Tokoziro as he had no other way or means to help her, fell on her with his hands and he was pressing her whole body, until he gradually cured her completely. Probably, relying on all what he had heard about the Chinese Aucupuncture, he adopted its theory and systematized his new method that called Siatsu, which means finger-tapping (that is aucupuncture without neddles, with the fingers).
The theory of the Aucunpuncture and of Siatsu is based on 14 meridians on 12 main pipes and on 2 greater ones which we mentioned above, by analyzing their leading part to the health (sympathetic and parasympathetic system), total 14, that pass through our whole body, from the top of the head to our soles. These take, transfer and share to sub-grooves - in internal channels the Bio-energy existing diffused in the Universe, in our body and thus life and the stable health are maintained.
Some examples of scientific existence for the meridians is the fact of the orientation of the compass to the north by magnetic lines, invisible for our natural eye, that cross the whole earth. Also, the movement of the lips to some defined points of the earth - to Sargousses-, as well as the movement of the birds of passage and their return to the same parts precisely - where they had come again, shows exactly that some invisible magnetic grooves follow that go over all the earth, as well as our body. Finally, the study of the radiation emitted by the human body (of the aura) through the photographic apparatus Kirlian etc., ascertains us additionally about the existence of the meridians and of the bio-energy that is ejected from our body.
All this magnetic-energy flow within us due to different reasons and causes - some of which were mentioned above - is blocked or does not circulate to its right and statutory from the nature proportions, resulting the appearance of an organic problem, of an illness. This blocking or stoppage of the energy can take place at different points of our organism.
Siatsu then, tries, having as its sole means, the fingers first and next the palms, to act by special pressures upon some definite parts of the body that have been surveyed in order to unblock the stagnancy of the energy and to restore its physical flow, that implies also the therapy of any disease.
In a few words, we could say that there is the physical acting upon and parallel the energy acting upon from the therapist to the sick. The physics consists in the fighting off of the natural blocking. For example, the accumulation of the lactic acid in different parts of the organism that creates pains, arthritis etc., and with the assistance of the incurer, at a percentage about 60%, converts into glycogen, that is into a food for the cells. Also, a local or whole hyperemia is provoked, the circulating system, the endocrine system and generally, all the systems of the organism are helped.
The energy influence occurs at the level of the reaction of our own bio-energy, at the deduction or the addition of the magnetism at some points of the organism and at the release from any blocking.
The technique of the finger tapping is based on three ways in which we use mainly the thumbs, successively and alternatively, sometimes of the left and sometimes of the right hand. There are three kinds of pressures and take place at a certain and strictly rhythmic time. It is about a simplest technique that everyone can learn and begin to experiment with a headache or with an ache at whichever point of the organism.
The most basic lever for the right and effective carrying out of all the therapeutic systems without exception, but the cooperation and the voluntary arrival of the sick, is the CONCENTRATION on the part that acts upon and undergoes the problem. Without any concentration - mechanically - the results will be meager indeed not-existent, because no trading of the energy currents of the curer to the cured takes place.
My Master Nikolaos A. Margioris (1913-1993), managed in 11 seminars of many days to codify and to classify all the theory and the practice of Siatsu in 23 groups as well as to present most of the remaining alternative therapeutic systems (Ancient Greek Asclepian Massage, Finger-tapping, Glossotherapeutics, Suggestion, Ensleeping, irritation of the Endocrine Glands, bio-energy influence upon the vertebral column, etc). In these seminars an extensive analysis takes place in a penetrating and thorough way and for the first time 186 diseases are classified at a universal level, accompanied by some specific sketches that show, according o the disease, the points that we must act upon for the remedy. These seminars have been edited in a work of three volumes, under the title "Chiroplastic Therapeutics Without Medidines".
Siatsu does not undertake officially the therapy of Cancer and of Aids, or the therapy of the fresh wounds and of the pscychic diseases.
Today, after the death of his son, Takasi Namicosi, physician and grandson of Tokoziro Namikosi, supervises on Siatsu.
THE FINGER TAPPING: It is about a new and very easy method of remedy that spiritual Master N. Margioris has invented. As the word says, it is a musical finger symphony, daresay, by which we act very quick upon all the organism and we activate the immunizing system and the endocrine glands for the secretion of new healthy hormones that will bring the balance and the therapy of the suffering areas.
THE GLOSSOTHERAPEUTICS: Much as strange it may be heard, it is an unfamiliar method of therapy of Master N. Margioris. It is carried out by special massaging, by pulling the tongue, which has a direct influence all over the organism for the restoration and the remedy.
Those who have a basic knowledge of yoga they are able to evaluate the usefulness, the sensibility, and the reflection of the tongue for the strengthening and the therapy in some parts of the organism (especially for mental and psychical diseases), because yoga possesses special techniques for the training of the tongue for which as if obvious we can not refer here.
THE REFLEXIVE ZONOTHERAPY or REFLEXOLOGY: American doctor Fitzerald discovered on the feet soles and insteps) the points of the endings of the meridians that come through definite organs and end to the insteps. Thus, he managed to place specific points of the foot that if affected properly by finger tapping or massaging, they act upon - in a reflexive way - beneficially and therapeutically in different internal suffering organs, while at the same time, they liberate whatever remainders of the matter and energy metabolism have been laid down there and prevent the normal efflux of our vital power.
THE SUGGESTION: It is a very clever and indispensable therapeutical method that all of us use involuntarily, and that affects our fellowmen, and our own selves.
Man is a mimetic being, he undergoes the suggestion and the self -suggestion. Everything around us prompt us, the nature, the weather, the family, the society, the fashion, the companionships etc., and direct us. For this reason, we fall gradually to the diseases. Because every intellectual expression - idea - impression - suggestion - image, tends to be adopted by all the cell system and to be accomplished.
Here, the therapy of man is based on the WORD that is the sound, vibration, undulating that affects the body and the Mind, and that obliges them to palm-vibrate accordingly. "The words of some people make man crazy".
Now, since the diseases generally (phonetically and mentally, physically and spiritually, soundly and not soundly) come from the power of the suggestion, only by the suggestion they will be cured. "The picket with the picket always gets out", "The thorn with the thorn gets out". The suggestion affects or vibrates first our Mind (its energy part) and then the axis that will affect the physical Mind and all the physical body and it will oblige it to vibrate properly and accordingly, as the image of a suggestion in our Mind vibrates.
THE ANCIENT GREEK ASCLEPEAN KNEADING: The Kneading, the massage of our days, as well as the Ensleeping (the today's hypnotism) constituted one of the most basic methods of therapy in the ancient times and specially in the Asclepeia and the Amfiaraeia. In all the known world of those times, there were about 300 Asclepiea and about 13 Amfiaraeia (in the 6th century b. C.). The Asclepiea cured mainly the bodily diseases, while the Amfiaraeia the psychic diseases. The first Asclepieon was created, according to Stravon, in Ancient Trikki, the today's Trikala of Thessalia, from where the writer of the present article comes from and where he lives.
The Asclepian massage is based on the pressing of the whole organism, from up downwards, with the palms, and never the opposite.
THE ENSLEEPING: The ancient Greeks used to say the phrase "happy are the ensleepers and happier are the ensleeped". The ensleeping is a method exclusively Greek but forgotten and it was applied on the Asclepeia. Today, it is known to us as Hypnotism.
It was Dr. Hale that brought it back to the publicity and to the critic scientific search and study, and then French physician Antoine Mesmer, who wrote also his original doctorate thesis "About the influence of the planets on the human body" (1766). Mesmer, after studying the appliance of the physical magnetism (he experimented with physical magnets and discovered the Vital Magnetism), passed to the study and to the appliance of the human magnetism (his successor was French-Swiss Lafontaine).
Definitely, through various studies and experiments that some leading physicians made in the hospitals and the universities of Europe, finally three basic methods of hypnotism were found:
a) The Magnetic Hypnotism that addresses to the subconscious and gives us the possibility of various remedies (Reichenbach-odion).
b) The Mechanotechnic Hypnotism that addresses to the senses (Brent, Sarko) and tries to bring a muscular fatigue from the effort.
c) The Substituted Hypnotism that addresses directly to the center of the Mind (Liebol, it was discovered in 1823).

For the above kinds of ensleeping, four stages or phases correspond:
a) Fascination (loss of prana 7%).
b) Catalepsy (myo-kingship, when we raise the hand of man, it stays where we lifted it, loss of prana 43%).
c) Somnabulism (neuro-kingship, when we raise the hand of man, it gets down slowly, loss of prana 57%).
d) Lethargy (absence of muscles and nerves, when we raise the hand and we let it to fall directly down, presence of a least prana - 87% loss of prana).

The profits of the above methods of the hypnotism are the interruption of the bad and harmful habits or passions (drinking wine, smoking, drugs, masturbation), phobias etc,, the strengthening of the memory, the remedy of a bodily organ, the normal flowing of the hormones, the acquaintance with something beyond the simple knowledge-study, the strengthening of the moral content of man, the study of the psychic world of the experimenting, the development of the cells of the body, so that they correspond to subtler vibrations, the transfer of the senses, not pain, the somnambulism, the meta-hypnotic suggestion, the divination, the spiritualism, the removal of the objects, the materialization (see the experiments of chemical William Krux, awarded Nobel, for the discovery of the element thalion) the split of the personality (exbodying), questions and answers on every absolute knowledge.
YOGA: It is about the most completed scientific method of self-therapy and self-knowledge of man with many ways and methods of approaching. The most practical and basic of them where we must definitely stop, are Kriya and Raja Yoga.
On the one part, on Kriya Yoga (which is a method of somatopsychic therapeutics) a series of definite exercises is given us, in combination with the proper rhytmic breaths for the prevention or the therapy from specific diseases, as well as specific noetic exercises for different psychological (noetic) problems but also for moralization. It is about a lost Science that returns again to the actuality and to the dynamic practical appliance by spiritual Master N. A. Margioris. There is also a relevant writing.
In Raja Yoga we have a full and pure practical system that contains 8 stages or steps of therapy of the body and of the Mind.
It begins with a moralization of man, it continues with therapeutical stops, according to the problem, it learns the way of treating the universal energy (bio-energy) and the right supply of the organism with it, through the proper and strictly arranged breathings, it teaches how to hold in the life power we have within us from the unshamed waste that we make aimlessly and it treats it for higher purposes - works, as it is the stable concentration (reflection) to one sole thought-target-ideal for 12'', its prolongation for 144'' brings us to the meditation, to the internal identification with the target and finally, with the prolongation of this sole thought for 1728'' we come to the absolute therapy of the body and of the Mind, the Convergence of all the Powers of the organism, to an Harmonious and Well-balanced situation, to the full Consciousness of man, that is equated with that one of God.
These are some of the most important and most effective esoteric therapeutical systems, some of which are scientifically confirmed and taught to the universities and to the hospitals of abroad, while many of the rest are studied for the positive results that bring about to the human organism.
Concluding, we must note that Master Nikolaos A. Margioris had suggested in the past some memorials to the competent organs of the State for a reestablishment-revival of the Asclepean Therapeutical Art in the Asclepeon of Epidavros, exactly like it was exercised in the ancient times, for the formation of a complete picture for the tourists but also for every concerned who would like to have a tangible picture of the therapeutical Art of the antiquity. Unfortunately, his request did not chanced then the proper attention. So, all of us who have been his students and who intend to try such a reestablishment, whenever judged appropriate, we bring again this request of his.

We glean below some of the most important systems of the Esoteric Therapeutics:

1) Substituted therapeutics. With heterosuggestion or selfsuggestion.

When we talk about the spiritual values we certainly mean all those diachronic and overhuman ideals that remained unchanged in the course of the ages, and composed, compose and will compose the constant attraction pole and the permanent lighthouse of orientation, hope and exemplification for the whole humanity, but also for every man, individually.
Precisely, these spiritual standards were given us by certain "men" who had a granitic, an inexhaustible spiritual Power, Knowledge and Love, from all the directions of our planet. Their pioneer was the Greek spirit and their Masters were the Titans of the Spirit, as Jesus Christ, Hermes the thricegreat, Orpheus, Pythagoras, Crisna, Buddha, Adamantions Orighenis, Ramakrisna, Vivekananda and many others who not only did not aim at a personal profit, but on the contrary, showing a full self-denial and self- sacrifice, by their personal exemplification and by the continual presentation of all the True ideals that should direct our life, tried to change and to transform man and society, towards the way of the individual self-trangression, into the general Ego, into the Totality and the Whole.
These real spiritual leaders, the Mysts of every place and of every epoch, were our hyperintellectually acting fellow-men who surpassed every measure, but without losing their contact with it, so that by their actual example, they may teach the attainable application of the spiritual values (which anyway constituted for them a personal conception of the Divine Laws and a natural expression way of their souls).
These humble guides of humanity, the spirits living among us, the alive emancipated men - everywhere on earth - continually placed and place again the wandering man in front of his individual and socal responsibilities, giving him a new (unceasingly renewed) opportunity and a uniquely substantial perspective and approach to the Eternal Truths, as much the theoretical-philosphical, as the directly practical one.
Some most important words-keys from the treasury of the spiritual stocks that these great Masters delivered us actually, are: Modesty, Perfectionism, Trangression, Truth, Love, Emancipation, God. In a word, they offered us the Esoteric Education (the Spiritual knowledge).
But how a part or the whole of these delivered spiritual virtues, could be our property and rule our relations between us (more ore less) in the modern reality we live in? What is the way, the method that will open the path to this direction for us?
However, before we refer to these details, we must indicate that no substantial application of the spiritual virtues, no true change will happen to our society, if first man himself is not able to get changed, to get transformed. This is possible only under the man's personal training beside a Master or even an instructor of the Esoteric Science, on the basis if his psychosynthesis and of his tendencies. The soul-spiritual evolution and alteration of the society depends directly on the spiritual renaissance of every member of same, separately, through the personal experiennces and not only through the beliefs.
There are many systems-methods providing us this possibility of Ariadne's thread. One of these most basic systems is Yoga, that since the very ancient times, has been giving us its lights, far descendings from Dravidians, the pre-Greeks of the Aegean Sea, the pre-Pelasghi Greeks.
Yoga is junction, that is the Union of all the heterogenous elements of our personality and the direction of all these partial powers towards the opening of a superior conception of our Mind, the hyperintellectual one.
The paths of YOGA are too many. But those keeping our direct interest are: Kriya Yoga (method of somato-psychic therapeutics), Mantram Yoga (the union through the power words), Bhakti Yoga (the union through devotion, love), Karma Yoga (the union through the disinterested service, of humility), Gnani Yoga (the union through the philosophical search, of knowledge), Sampt or Logo Yoga (the union through the rolling sounding current), Tantra Yoga (the union through Kundalini, the treasured spiritual energy existing within us) and finally, more safely and more completely, Raja Yoga (the royal Union through this great psychology composing the top of all Yogas).
More precisely, the scientific method of Raja Yoga suits greatly to the most people of our Western society and can give the best possible results. These words are not only mine. As much my Master Nikolaos Margioris who wrote and published about 75 petaphysical books, Blavatski, Alice Baily in her book "The Soul Light", as Vivekananda, have indicated and prescribed the highest necessity of a largee teaching of the Esoteric Education and mainly of Raja Yoga especially in our days (5th Root Race), for the formation of healthy and balanced minds and of a really "New Spiritual Man" having self-knowledge, self-power, autonomy, a broaded Mind, an offer disposition, being released from the material meanesses and the pushed back wills, being proper to harmonize and to correspond better to the data of the modern reality, as well as of every future times of Humanity.
Raja Yoga comprises 8 basic upgrades each one of which composes itself a whole science, that we shall mention epigramatically.
The first one is Yama meaning death. Death of the old, bad and harmful habits both for the others and for us. It contains 5 curbings or abstinences:
a) Avoiding presents (that means no bribery, no capture of our conscience by others or by us,
b) Next comes the purity in everything (that is the spiritual behaviour and control of the generative impulse),
c) No envy and no theft (no jealousy that burns man and no abstraction either moral or material),
d) Truthfullness (always sincerity should prevail in our relations), and
e) No violence (no causing physical or psychical pain to our fellow-men).
We pass to the second grade, Niyama meaning no death Immortality. Here we try to cultivate the superior ideals. Niyama contains 5 "compulsions":
a) Devotion in God or in any superior power we recognize for ourself (we strengthen Faith, our internal power at an incredible extent),
b) Study of books occupied in man's liberation (it is the cultivation of the perfect vibration coming from the personal study and mainly from the direct relation with our Master),
c) Discipline and tolerance (hence the man's self-control begins),
d) Pleasure in whatever exists (self-sufficiency, no grumbling),
e) Body and soul cleaness (Wash your sins, not only your face).
The third upgrade of Raja concerns Asana, the proper therapeutical pose our body should take, in order to advance on the next steps.
The fourth one is Pranayama aiming, by the rhythmical breath, to control the Omni-energy existing outside and inside us, that means the life Power itself.
The fifth one is Pratyakara training us to relaxation, to loosening, to the absolute detoxination of our organism from every physical or mental toxin. More scientifically, it is Mind cutting off from the senses centers.
The sixth one is Concentration, Thought. That is the ability to keep Mind at one subject, point or target for 12" without any second thought to interfere.
The seventh one is Meditation, the prolongation of the concentration to 144" that results our esoteric identification with the target.
Finally, the eighth one (1728" of our thought holding) gives us Transgression, Union, Enlightenment, the direct experiencing conception of the spiritual values that become now a natural and spontaneous way of expression and life.
All this Esoteric Education, that is: Esoteric Philosophy, Esoteric Therapeutics, Hypnotism - Orthopsychism, Scientific Spiritualism, Occultism, Mysticism, Yoga and in general, the spiritual values that it comprises, can and must be a command in our times and should be presented and expanded at a larger extent by the State, for example, by the Ministries of Civilization, Education, Health, etc., through the Highest Educational Institutions, the individuals and various other bearers, as well as by the Massive Communication Means, through different educational programs, informative emissions, interviews, discussions, publications etc., by the people who know the subject and would be offered to lay down their knowledge and their experiences.
In ordert that this may be attained, a relevant annoyance should exist on the part of the whole metaphysical movements and of their representatives who are called to cooperate and to get activated towards this direction.

Metaphysics or otherwise Esoterism (that is Occultism and Mysticism) we would say that it is the Inner Existence of Everything. The Internal Texture of all the Creation.
Of course, in extension it is the Free intellectual expression and formulation of the hyperintellectual Perfect Mysticist Experiences of the Greatest Beings of the Creation that passed through our planet and left us their glorified hyperphilosophic and hyper-religious Works.
Absolutely nothing is exempted from the Inner Initial Cause that is contained in the High meaning of the term Metaphysics. ALL depends, is preserved and overthrown on this. Because behind the Metaphysics there is the Life-giving Breath, Prana, the Holy Ghost, the Substance of the Hypersubstance of Father that holds, administers and directs all the Expression (visible and invisible).
On the other hand, the renowed and sorely tried Religiousness is an inborn quality existing in ALL the people, a basical trait -of Divine origin-element by which we go through life.
That is, it is the pulsebeat, the vibration, the motive Life Power (esoenergy) of every man that activates us to every direction and that we spend according to the case, to earthy or hyperearthy, physical or metaphysical works, always on the basis of the qualitative evolution of our soul.
When the outward tendency of the soul prevails, the close attachment to the matter -through the Mind- (which is extremely usual for all of us) we talk about an extroverting waste of our Internal Life Power (religiousness).
Moreover, its external matter-central or formalistic rendering easily reaches the exaggeration, the dogmatism, the fanatism, the intolerance and the extremity. In body-worshipping and humancentral manifestations of "piety" that often create a separativeness, a rivalry, even individual or collective conflicts and almost never promote the internal evolution.
On the contrary, when its internal expression (philosophical or religious) exists, it always leads man to surpass the childish nonsense and imprudences that he did until a while ago through the autocracy of the thought (his sterile horizontal course) or through the sentimental fluctuations (exaltations) or attachments he had created on the basis of the earthy sentiments) and it crowns him with the Transcendental Experience, the Deep Esoteric Mysticist Experience, by which he becomes a tube of the Creation, he gets united with it and derives his rights from the Divine Source, he faces his real identity, the psychopneumatical one.
Only then he is uninjured of the playings and the traps of the matter (maya), he is truly Pious (that is Religious - Godknower) and by his presence in our world he lights up a complete spiritual example for imitation, since has managed to express and to dominate with his soul the matter within him and outside him, and certainly, to constitute a profitable cell on our Earth, full of spirituality and continually radiating the Truth.
According to the Esoteric Philosphy - Theology, every man beyond his material dressing-presence, is a psychopneumatic being connected internally with the Deity-Truth, in the unique difference that he does not realize and does not communicate with this internal, perpetual existence of his, because the external, the outward attachment, the intellectual and not the hyperintellectual or the subconscious knowledge of the things predominates.
Therefore, as long as the soul is governed by the matter (in any form) and by its highest allied, the Mind (the conscience but also the subconscience) it remains captive in a strictly close ring of material or etherial shell that it itself accepts for itself, that deprives it from the true-secret characteristics and surplus values of the Spirit that it bears within it and on the basis of the Freedom of its choices, it suffers the spiritual limitation and castration that makes it to think it is mortal and that it ends its existence with the physical death...
From the ancient times till now, Three are the Basical Indisputable Avenues that elevate man from the Earth to the Sky, from the Earthy to the Hyperearthy, from the Human to the Hyperhuman, from the temporary and the perishable to the Permanent and the Eternal.
The first avenue is the Theoretical Mysticism. Here mainly Gnani and Karma Yoga belong, that is man through the action-activity forms the experience flowing around and the indispensable knowledge for the overrun of the perishable reality and the touch of the eternal unrepeated truth.
The second avenue is the Religious Mysticism. In it all the Religious Systems of Mysticism belong that are based on the spontaneous emotional inflaming of man, on the worship and on the unshakeable faith and love to the Divine Ideal or to reincarnated God, as for example, the Tranquilizing Christocentral and Christocratical Mysticism of the Greek-orthodox St.Mountainous Monks and Bhakti Yoga of India.
And the third avenue is the Philosophical Mysticism. Here we meet Raja Yoga, the high intellectual or scientific or psychological art-union that according to Alice Baily (on the basis of Jval Kul's dictations), Vivekananda but also my Master Nikolaos A. Margioris (he wrote and published about 75 and more metaphysical works) constitutes the best and most efficient expression of education for the 5th Root Race that we are going through nowadays, for the activation of the third and highest function of the Mind, the hyperconscious one.
And this happens because the Science of Raja Yoga is the preeminently proper method to instruct the man's modern Mind, whose the requirements for a clear analytical understanding of the ascending psychophysiology of Yoga are uniquely possible and feasible through the experiment and the verification that everyone will do, on the basis of the intellectual exercises that will be afforded him.
These are the Three Greatest Ways of the Internal Ascent of our world (the most Mysticist Systems belong to them), on which every man can "rest" firmly, confidently and safely, according to his idiosyncrasy and to the natural inclination he expresses and everyone can follow (be instructed) quite freely that one which he feels it suits him most and it vibrates him deepest.
In any case, particularly at the present time, the Esoterism or the Metaphysics (the Free Internal Education) are the A and the Z for the internal formation of the man who is truly interested in approaching his Inner Existence, because it helps the ascent of the man's vibrations, his moralization, the development of Love, the creation of the PUZZLE of the Truth within him and his orientation and his fastening to the way of the Perfection.
After all, the Metaphysics and the Religiousness go together, hand in hand and the one does not exist without the other, and if there is some separation of the paths by which the human spirit ascends to the Divine Spirit (Scientific-Philosophical-Religious), this is due to the need that emanates from the personal sense of each of us (our internal activated center) and to the natural inclination we express that allows the presence of the religiousness within us in an exceptional way (evident or not) that automatically defines also the path that suits us most.
We finally underline that the highest form of Religiousness leading to the Theosis, is the spontaneous one, that is the one that attracts us in the most physical, rapid and most secured way to the Divine (that comes from inside) that is the Mysticist Eso-attraction-Call-Love (Religious Mysticism). However, not all of us are ready or properly prepared to express it because it is a matter of evolution and experience of every spiritsoul.
Extremely few are those who have elevated this internal inclination. The rest of us we create the presuppositions and are helped in it by the Church and the Religion and also -especially nowadays- on the basis of the tendecies we express and of the general unfaithfulness that predominates due to the kingdom of the rationalism and by some of the rest mysticist systems of internal development, that give the greatest weight to the analytical formation of the man's "logic" for the spirituality and to the teaching of the scientific-powered spiritual exercises that work for the satiety of the intellect and the opening to the hyperintellect, that will render us capable for the Holy Spirit Donation.
Also, the title of the Devout man is actual at a great or less extent, only when every man has a PERSONAL spiritual course and when he follows one or more of the Scales of the Divine Ascent, and even beside an Initiate. But as this is rare, a spiritual guide (clerical or popular) or even an Instructor of the Esoterism who is directly or indirectly connected with the pure Spiritual Work of an Initiate or of a Master of the Spirit, undertakes this role.
Finally, the full sealing and recognition of the Religious man constitutes a fact ONLY when he approaches the Greatness of the Enlightment-Theosis, which must compose a target for Every man on the Earth ("He got humanized for us to get godified", Athanasios the Great, "By the Holy Spirit every soul gets brightened..." Saint Serafim of Sarof and "Theosis is the assimilation and the union with God as attainable", Saint Dionisios the Areopagitis writes).

EXPLANATORY QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

1) WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THE WORDS "BODY-ADORATING PIETY AND WHICH IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PHILOSOPHIC AND THE RELIGIOUS PIETY?
The Piety is a term that defines the degree of the Religiousness (spirituality-perfection) that man has developed within him in relation with God (Truth).
When we refer to the body-adorating "Piety" we mean that the religiousness, the interest and the dynamism of man are attached outwards and are defined directly by his bodily and conscious needs and desires. Consequently, he deifies every derivative of the matter around him and this constitutes for him the point of the adoration, of the faith, of the love and of the daily struggle in order that he get it. That is, it is the limit of the Religiousness of man at the external dress of the Eternal.
The Religious Piety is based on the absolute recognition of man to the person of incarnated God or to God Himself. It is about an inmost - we could say "blind" - acceptance-faith to his personal ideal at which he lays down all his being (certainly here there are many gradations).
The Philosophic Piety is based on the Liberal, nonsectarian approach, search, study, instruction, verification and spreading of the Mind and of the Heart to the Beyond (Metaphysical - Spiritual).
The Esoteric dynamism of man is raised without any absolute positions and faiths and any faith is developed, derives - and is crowned - by the Esoteric Knowledge and the Esoteric Experience.

2) COULD YOU EXPLAIN US FURTHER THE ROLE OF THE METAPHYSICS OR THE ESOTERIC EDUCATION - AS YOU PREFER TO NAME IT - TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE DIVINE RELIGIOUSNESS?
First of all, the Esoteric Education or the Esoterism or the Metaphysics is the derivation of the transcendent divine fruit-experiences, great beings who passed by our planet and who were characterized as Initiates.
They changed this Pure and Self-Born Esoteric Knowledge from hyperintellectual into intellectual and they delivered it free to the humanity for a more substantial apprehension of the spirituality, but also for the looking up of more people to it.
This diachronic vibrant Esoteric Knowledge is the proper Spiritual Food for the soul of man and for the development of the philosophic and religious accession, because on the one hand it vibrates the heart with the super-sentiments (spiritual shudders and unknown-unfamiliar emotions and faintness) and on the other hand it builds the Mind with the most representative pictures of the Truth-Perfection to our Dimension, which allows every occupied with to form slowly but firmly the PUZZLE of the Truth within him, even through the intellectual operation of his Mind.
The result of this double action is the raising of the vibrations of the student (development and stabilization of the Religiousness), the steady gnomon and the perfect point of reference that will constitute the permanent internal counselor, guide, corrector and attraction pole of his course upwards (the perfect ideal).

3) YOU MENTIONED THAT THERE IS AN EVOLUTION OF THE SOUL. WHICH IS THIS AND IN WHICH WAY IS IT CONNECTED WITH THE RELIGIOUSNESS?
According to the Esoteric Philosophy, man is in depth a soul-spiritual being. When he was still following, as an individualized spirit, the course of the descent-retirement from the Father, he was compelled, at a moment, to project from within him a substance in order to armor the immaculate Spirit from the fine-woven matter of the internal dimensions that was passing descending. Then, he wore a series of many bodies-bearers-diving suits, from the slightest to the crassest ones, until he will wear the natural body that all of us have in our world.
But by disposing the Free Will, he descended prematurely and in spite of the Divine Prohibition to our still unshaped for dwelling physico-etheric world (13th outer Dimension), by violating the Divine Order, creating his personal Karma (retributive justice) and activating the mechanism of the reincarnation-rebirth.
As it is normal the soul transmitted the power of the Mind of man (conscience) who being a material work, was identified absolutely with his matter around - and within him -, he was sunk and delivered to it, putting aside the grandeur of his soul and placing it at the margin.
This is our drama and the clamp in which we are found.
Thus the full self-limitation of the soul was completed, in order that it studies in the physical laboratories of our world a different experience that it will deliver, some momen, to the spirit. But the error of the Mind is that it was was attached one-sidedly and monolithically to the earthly chase of the happiness and that it prolonged and it prolongs it at the expense of the omni-freedom of the soulspirit that he bears within him, so that he may become a dynast of his soul and that may be subject to thousands ruminating experiences, dramas, pains, diseases, and from time to time, also joys, because his material pursuits leave him continually exposed soylspiritually, but also erring to his fellowmen and to his real interests of him himself that are common for all the humanity on the earth.
Exactly here the evolution of man begins, who feels within him something different leaping, a new gleam of hope and of psychical exaltation -deliverance (TRUE and FULL FREEDOM).
This will be reinforced and will be helped much to come on the surface by a fellowman somehow more evolved than him himself who will give the required push-education-theoretical and practical, to accomplish the Truth within him.

4) WHAT IS THE PHILOSOPHIC MYSTICISM, HOW IS IT CULTIVATED AND WHAT IS ITS RELATION WITH THE RELIGIOUSNESS? WHY DO YOU BELIEVE THAT IT IS DIRECTLY NECESSARY FOR THE PRESENT EVOLUTION OF MAN?
The Philosophic Mysticism is the connection, composition and cooperation of the Mind and of the Heart, the Mind being the ringleader. The meditator-philosopher is he who is prepared for the future. He who with pains and tortures opens the Spiritual Way through the free scholastic study of the pure spiritual works that come from the Initiates or the Masters of the Wisdom (always beside an Esoteric Master) and mainly with special intellectual exercises that aim to control the frantic intellectual function, creating the presuppositions of the activation of the hyper-intellectual-spiritual function of the Mind that will convert man into a perfect being and that will allow him to communicate internally with his soul-spiritual substance.
To the philosophical mysticism belongs Raja Yoga (royal union, the crest of all the Yogas) that epigrammatically is the following:
Temperance (it contains 5 abstinence - moral rules). Discipline (it contains 5 principles to which man must conform consciously), proper therapeutical attitudes, rythmic breathings for the control of the World Energy - Prana, cut of the mind from the sensations (relax, beginning of the extroversion), Concentration, Medidation, Theosis-Union-Likening-Enlightenment and finally Deliverance of the soul from the karmic bond that oblige him to continual rebirths and opening to the multiple spreading of the internal dimensions and for the most mature souls the despiritualization and the return to the Fatherly Roof from where they emanated sometime In the past.
Especially in our times, man is dominated completely by the Mind (the thought) and on the basis of it he builds his future karma and the analogous bonds with the external dress of the Creation (13th physicoetheric utmost dimension), iron (bad choices-actions), and gold (good choices-actions).
Exactly for this reason, the approach of the spirituality to the man through the instruction and the control of his Mind, that leads to the self-domination, to the transgression of the earthly data and to the passage from the world that surrounds us quite easily.

5) HOW NECESSARY IS A SPIRITUAL MASTER (GUIDE) FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE RELIGIOUSNESS OF MAN AND WHICH ARE THE BASIC CRITERIA IN ORDER THAT WE RECOGNIZE HIM.
The spiritual struggle for the evolution without the proper Master is of no use.
Without any Spiritual Master no substantial spiritual progress can be accomplished. It is him who will guide us and who will bring us back to the course of the Spirit to every declination of ours from it. And the exorbitance of man from his internal trip towards the Spirit is continual.
The help of the spiritual Guide is important and unique because he knows what we do not know or we think that we know by our personal studies, while in depth we ignore everything and we like to imagine that we know it, deviating continually from the normal ascending course.
The relation between the Master and the student is like the seed that must be alive and the field that must be plowed and fertile in order to sprout and to give its rich fruit.
The Sun (Master) does not need any torch, light, candle to become visible. When it rises we understand instinctively that the Truth began to light now. The Truth is based on its evidence itself, it does not ask any other testimony to prove its reality. It is self-luminous itself (this is the truth, everybody say, no matter if they will follow it or not, or if even they will turn against it and they will udermine it, independently of the position and the quality that everyone bears).
IN GENERAL, THE MASTER MUST: a) Know the Spirit-not the letter of the Scriptures, b) Have undergone a long education and m… trials by a Master or an Instructor of the Esoterism, c) Be "sinless", pure-clear (first we see what he is and then what he teaches, d) Have some motives of selflessness that derive from the transcended knowledge. He must not teach in the further aim to create a name or a fame or a speculation. His work must come simply from love for all the humanity.
IN GENERAL, THE STUDENT MUST: Have a high intuition and a strong tendency to the search of the Esoteric Truth. Of course, as a rule, most of us we do not have any sufficient intuition in order to judge (nor any spiritual criteria) right the man whose we accept the teaching and the guidance. For this reason, we observe that everyone follows him who suits him evolutionarily, that is why one often observes the fact that everyone follows him who suits him evolutionarily, without the elementary spiritual criteria being accomplished by any side (like to like always approach).
The necessary conventions for the instructed are the Pureness, the true thirst for the Knowledge and the Insistence. No impure or malevolent soul can be truly Religious (purity of thought, word and act and a unceasing struggle for the evolution).
Still there must be faith, humbleness, submission and respect in our heart for the Master, otherwise we cannot walk to our internal course solidly and surely. At the same time, man must be ready to face the difficulties of life, of the Karma, and the outside and the inside trials that will appear to his running through.
We wish, hope and work In order that the Light of the Esoteric Truth be spread and that a first substantial healthy and impartial Enlightment for the Way of the Spirit comes, so that every man undertakes consciously and personally his responsibilities on our Planet (physical and metaphysical) and that he is not drug and drifted by the commands of the matter, by submitting himself to them continually.
Only thus we will be able, some moment, to see a new society that will be based on real spiritual standards and on actual values that will be applied by the majority of the people of the… future.
Of course, this will never be possible if all of us do not realize the seriousness of such an operation and if we do not work personally (and collectively) and creatively for such a higher, kind and truly hopeful purpose.
